孤石群地層高層建筑樁基礎(chǔ)施工設(shè)計(jì)優(yōu)化與應(yīng)用分析

摘要: 孤石地層的存在是困擾樁基礎(chǔ)施工的主要難題,其不僅關(guān)系到樁基穩(wěn)定,更關(guān)系到工程的投資. 為合理解決此類問(wèn)題,以深圳某高層建筑樁基礎(chǔ)施工工程為研究背景,此工程地層存在分布范圍廣且尺寸大的孤石群. 根據(jù)總體地勘資料、設(shè)計(jì)要求和現(xiàn)場(chǎng)條件,提出了孤石群地層中樁基礎(chǔ)施工設(shè)計(jì)優(yōu)化方案,并對(duì)其進(jìn)行了經(jīng)濟(jì)性分析. 所得到的主要結(jié)論如下:原設(shè)計(jì)樁基極有可能穿過(guò)巨大孤石,浪費(fèi)明顯,成本高;對(duì)于全風(fēng)化和強(qiáng)風(fēng)化花崗巖層內(nèi),采取樁底分別進(jìn)入孤石內(nèi) 4. 5m 和 3. 7m 深,錨桿進(jìn)入巖層長(zhǎng)度在 3~ 8m 的方案;優(yōu)化施工方案后樁基和錨桿數(shù)量分別占其總數(shù)量的 57. 34%和 5. 04%,相比原設(shè)計(jì)方案節(jié)約造價(jià) 1 559. 38 萬(wàn)元和 449. 22 萬(wàn)元,同時(shí)樁基的質(zhì)量檢測(cè)均符合要求.

Design optimization and application analysis of pile foundation construction of high-rise buildings in isolated rock group regions

Abstract: The isolated rock region is a key challenge for the construction of pile foundation construction project, which notonly related to the stability of the pile foundation, but also related to the construction project costs. To reasonably overcomethis issue, taking the pile foundation construction project of a high-rise building in Shenzhen as the research background,the stratum of this project has a wide distribution range and large size isolated rock group. Based on all the geologicalexploration data, design requirements and site conditions, the optimized construction design of pile foundation in isolatedrock group region was proposed. Meanwhile, the economy of the proposed plan was also analyzed. The main conclusionsdrawn are as follows: the original design of pile foundation is very likely to pass through huge isolated rock, the waste isobvious, and the cost is high. For the fully weathered and strongly weathered granite layer, the scheme that the pile bottomintrusions into the isolated rock are 4. 5m and 3. 7m respectively and the length of rock intrusion by the anchor should bewithin 3~ 8m was adopted. The number of pile foundation and bolt accounts for 57. 34% and 5. 04% of the total number ofthe optimized construction scheme, and the cost was saved by 15. 593 8 million yuan and 4. 492 2 million yuan comparedwith the original design scheme, meanwhile, the quality test of pile foundation meets the requirements.
