某高層建筑糾傾加固與監(jiān)測工程技術(shù)研究

摘 要

摘要: 針對高地下水位泥巖地基軟弱、施工不當?shù)纫鸬母邔咏ㄖ鼗痪鶆虺两档牟『?進而導(dǎo)致上部結(jié)構(gòu)傾斜的工程案例,通過現(xiàn)場勘察研究制定了糾傾加固技術(shù)方案并實施,糾傾加固過程中運用沉降觀測和傾斜觀測研究了大樓的變形特征. 結(jié)果表明:“錨桿靜壓樁結(jié)合鋼筋混凝土灌注樁止傾加固,井形巷道鉆孔取土結(jié)合錨索加壓調(diào)控糾傾”的綜合糾傾加固方案對該糾傾加固工程切實可行,工程實施后高層建筑傾斜率由 3. 99‰降低至1. 21‰,滿足規(guī)范及正常使用要求;高層建筑糾傾加固過程中沉降觀測結(jié)果和傾斜監(jiān)測結(jié)果可以相互驗證,監(jiān)測結(jié)果的及時分析反饋可以實現(xiàn)“動態(tài)化設(shè)計,信息化施工”以便及時適當調(diào)整糾傾加固方案,保障大樓結(jié)構(gòu)安全;對高層建筑糾傾加固工程,采取先止傾加固再糾傾加固的方式,糾傾過程及結(jié)果會比較理想.

Abstract:In view of a practical engineering case that the uneven settlement of high-rise building foundation caused by weakmudstone foundation under high underground water level and improper construction, which leads to the inclination of theupper structure, through on-site investigation and research, a technical scheme for rectification and reinforcement wasdeveloped and implemented. During the rectification and reinforcement process, settlement observation and inclinationobservation were used to study the deformation characteristics of the high-rise building. The results show that thecomprehensive inclination correction and reinforcement scheme of " anchor static pressure pile combined with reinforcedconcrete cast-in-place pile for stop-overturning and reinforcement, borehole soil extraction in well shaped roadway combinedwith anchor cable pressure regulation and correction" is feasible for this inclination correction and reinforcement project.After the implementation of the project, the inclination rate of high-rise buildings is reduced from 3. 99 ‰ to 1. 21 ‰,meeting the requirements of the specification and normal use. During the process of rectifying and strengthening high-risebuildings, the settlement observation results and inclination monitoring results can be mutually verified. The timely analysisand feedback of the monitoring results can achieve " dynamic design and informatization construction" , so as to adjust therectification and reinforcement scheme timely and appropriately and ensure the safety of the building structure. For therectification and reinforcement of high-rise buildings, adopting the method of first stop-overturning and then correcting andstrengthening, the rectification process and results will be ideal.
