摘要: 結(jié)構(gòu)健康監(jiān)測技術(shù)在土木工程中得到了越來越多的應(yīng)用,但在船廠結(jié)構(gòu)中的應(yīng)用尚未有研究. 總結(jié)了船廠結(jié)構(gòu)健康監(jiān)測的主要特點,構(gòu)建了船廠結(jié)構(gòu)健康監(jiān)測硬件與軟件系統(tǒng),基于“智能船廠數(shù)字化平臺”,開發(fā)了船廠結(jié)構(gòu)監(jiān)測軟件系統(tǒng) 1. 0 版本,制定了船廠結(jié)構(gòu)健康評估準則及分級閾值計算方法. 將研究成果在某船廠曲面分段車間進行了應(yīng)用,監(jiān)測結(jié)果表明,該結(jié)構(gòu)安全等級均處在一級 ~ 三級,結(jié)構(gòu)負載水平不高,結(jié)構(gòu)安全. 監(jiān)測取得了較好的效果,可為開展類似工作提供借鑒.

Research and application of shipyard structural health monitoring

Abstract: Structural health monitoring technology has been applied more and more in civil engineering, but its applicationin shipyard structure has not been studied. The main characteristics of shipyard structural health monitoring weresummarized. The hardware and software system of structural health monitoring was constructed, and the shipyard structuralmonitoring software system version 1. 0 was developed based on the digital platform of intelligent shipyard. The evaluationcriterion and threshold calculation method for shipyard structural health monitoring were established. The research resultshave been applied in a curved blocks workshop of a shipyard. The monitoring results show that the safety level of thestructure is from one to three, the load level of the structure is not high, and the structure is safe. The monitoring hasachieved good results and can provide reference for carrying out similar work.
