摘要: 為提高實體結(jié)構(gòu)混凝土抗壓強度檢測精度,在總結(jié)了回彈法檢測混凝土抗壓強度的幾點不足的基礎(chǔ)上,提出了采用兩種標稱能量回彈儀協(xié)同檢測混凝土抗壓強度的組合回彈法,利用標稱能量為 2. 207J 和 4. 5J 回彈儀兩種回彈儀分別對混凝土試件澆筑側(cè)面進行回彈,得到組合回彈值. 依據(jù)不同強度等級試件的試驗數(shù)據(jù)繪制組合回彈值與混凝土抗壓強度散點圖,利用最小二乘法對試驗數(shù)據(jù)進行回歸,擬合得到組合回彈法測強曲線公式,并給出組合回彈法檢測技術(shù)的操作方法,提出組合系數(shù)的概念. 最后,對實體工程結(jié)構(gòu)構(gòu)件采用組合回彈法進行檢測,并與鉆芯法測試結(jié)果進行對比. 結(jié)果表明,組合回彈法測強曲線公式具有較高的精度,組合回彈法較之前的回彈檢測方法具有更高的準確率.

Study on testing compressive strength of concrete by combined rebound method

Abstract: In order to improve detecting accuracy of concrete compressive strength of solid structure, on the basis ofsummarizing the shortcomings of the rebound method to detect the compressive strength of concrete, a combined reboundmethod using two nominal energy rebound instruments to jointly detect the compressive strength of concrete was proposed,and the combined rebound value was obtained by using two rebound instruments with nominal energy of 2. 207J and 4. 5J torebound the pouring side of the concrete specimens. According to the test data of different strength grade specimens, thescatter plot of the combined rebound value and concrete compressive strength were drawn, and the test data were regressedby the least squares method, and the strength curve formula of the combined rebound method was obtained by fitting. Theoperation method of combined rebound detection technology was given, and the concept of combined coefficient wasproposed. Finally, the combined rebound method was used to detect the structural components of the solid engineeringstructure, and the test results were compared with results of the core drilling method. The results show that the strengthcurve formula of the combined rebound method has higher accuracy and the combined rebound method has higher accuracythan the previous rebound detection method.
