鐵尾礦對(duì)混凝土與鋼筋粘結(jié)性能影響試驗(yàn)研究

摘要: 以唐山地區(qū)的鐵尾礦粉、鐵尾礦砂、鐵尾礦石分別替代粉煤灰、河砂、碎石作為混凝土的摻合料及粗細(xì)骨料,研究鐵尾礦對(duì)混凝土與鋼筋粘結(jié)性能的影響. 結(jié)果表明:尾礦粉混凝土與鋼筋的粘結(jié)性能比粉煤灰混凝土差;而尾礦粉-尾礦砂混凝土與鋼筋的粘結(jié)性能優(yōu)于尾礦粉混凝土;全尾礦混凝土與鋼筋的粘結(jié)性能優(yōu)于尾礦粉-尾礦砂混凝土且優(yōu)于粉煤灰混凝土.

Experimental study on the influence of iron tailing on the bonding performance between concrete and steel bar

Abstract: The iron tailings powder, iron tailings sand and iron tailings in Tangshan area were used to replace fly ash, riversand and gravel respectively as admixture and coarse aggregate of concrete. The influence of iron tailings on the bondingperformance between concrete and steel bar had been studied. The results show that the bonding performance of iron tailingspowder concrete and steel bar is a little worse than that of fly ash concrete, while that of iron tailings powder-iron tailingssand concrete and steel bar is better than that of iron tailings powder concrete. The bonding performance of full iron tailingsconcrete and steel bar is better than that of iron tailings powder-iron tailings sand concrete and fly ash concrete.Keywords:iron tailing; pullout test; bonding performance; failure mode
