摘要: 為研究分布式連接全裝配 RC 樓蓋(DCPCD)橫板向傳力性能,完成了 8 個(gè)對(duì)邊簡(jiǎn)支試件的豎向靜載試驗(yàn).基于共軛法提出了 DCPCD 橫板向剛度的計(jì)算方法,并研究了板縫數(shù)量、板縫連接件數(shù)量、樓蓋跨度和橫板向與順板向剛度比等參數(shù)對(duì) DCPCD 橫板向傳力性能的影響. 結(jié)果表明:DCPCD 試件的板縫連接件受力性能良好,可有效地傳遞橫板向彎矩和剪力,并能較好地協(xié)調(diào)相鄰預(yù)制板的變形;基于共軛法的 DCPCD 橫板向剛度計(jì)算方法的精度比最小截面剛度法和折線變形法高;減少板縫數(shù)量、增加板縫連接件數(shù)量均可有效改善樓蓋橫板向的傳力性能,提高樓蓋的豎向承載力和剛度;基于樓蓋承載力與振動(dòng)舒適度的要求,建議四邊簡(jiǎn)支樓蓋橫縱向剛度比的取值范圍為 0. 3~ 0. 75.

Experimental study and theoretical analysis of force transmission performance in orthogonal slab laying direction of untopped precast RC floor

Abstract: In order to investigate the force transmission performance in orthogonal slab slaying direction ( OSLD) ofdiscretely connected precast RC floor diaphragm (DCPCD), the vertical static load tests consisting eight specimens underthe consition of opposite sides simply supported were conducted. Based on the conjugate method, the calculation method ofstiffness in OSLD of DCPCD was put forward, and the influence of the number of slab joints, the number of slab jointconnectors, the span of floor and the stiffness ratio in OSLD and slab laying direction ( SLD) on the force transmissionperformance of DCPCD was investigated. The results show that the slab joint connectors of DCPCD have good workingperformance, it can effectively transmit the bending moment and shear force in OSLD, and it can better coordinate thedeformation between adjacent precast slabs. The stiffness calculation method in OSLD of DCPCD based on conjugatemethod theory has higher calculation accuracy than the minimum section stiffness method and folded line deformationmethod. Reducing the number of slab joints and increasing the number of slab joint connectors can effectively improve theforce transmission performance in OSLD of the floor, and improve the vertical bearing capacity and stiffness of the floor.Based on the requirements of floor bearing capacity and serviceability, it is suggested that the stiffness ratio in OSLD andSLD of floor simply supported on four sides is 0. 3~ 0. 75.
