摘要: 為了研究冷彎 C 型鋼節(jié)點(diǎn)的受力性能,發(fā)揮其在冷彎薄壁型鋼結(jié)構(gòu)中的作用,建立雙拼冷彎 C 型鋼梁柱節(jié)點(diǎn)力學(xué)模型,依據(jù)力學(xué)原理分別對(duì)梁和節(jié)點(diǎn)板進(jìn)行受力分析,建立模型的受力與變形的關(guān)系,得出節(jié)點(diǎn)在彈性階段的轉(zhuǎn)角變形及初始剛度的理論計(jì)算公式,并根據(jù)節(jié)點(diǎn)的不同破壞形態(tài)計(jì)算其屈服承載力. 考慮節(jié)點(diǎn)板厚度、螺栓間距和 C 型鋼尺寸三種主要影響因素,建立 ANSYS 有限元模型,進(jìn)行模擬計(jì)算與分析,得到屈服承載力和初始剛度模擬值,將由理論公式計(jì)算的理論值與其進(jìn)行對(duì)比驗(yàn)證. 研究結(jié)果顯示:屈服承載力和初始剛度理論值與模擬值均基本接近,說(shuō)明理論計(jì)算公式是合理且可靠的,能夠應(yīng)用于冷彎薄壁 C 型鋼節(jié)點(diǎn)的計(jì)算當(dāng)中.

Research on theoretical calculation of initial stiffness and bearing capacity of double cold-formed C-section steel joints

Abstract: In order to study the mechanical behavior of cold-formed C-section steel joints, and play its role in cold-formedthin-walled steel structures, the mechanics analysis model of double cold-formed C-section steel beam-to-column joint wasestablished, the mechanics analysis of beam and joint plate were carried out respectively according to the principle ofmechanics, the relationship between force and deformation of the model was established, the theoretical calculation formulasfor the rotational angle and initial stiffness of the joint in the elastic stage were obtained, and the yield bearing capacity wascalculated according to different failure patterns of the joint. Considering the three main influencing factors such as jointplate thickness, bolt spacing, and C-section steel size, the finite element model of ANSYS was established, and thesimulation computation and analysis were carried out, the simulated values of yield bearing capacity and initial stiffnesswere obtained and compared with the theoretical values calculated by the theoretical formulas proposed. The results showthat the theoretical values of yield bearing capacity and initial stiffness are basically close to the simulated values, thetheoretical calculation formulas are reasonable and reliable, these can be applied to the calculation of cold-formed thinwalled C-section steel joints.
