摘要: 以經(jīng)防火涂料處理前后的重組竹為研究對(duì)象,測(cè)試重組竹在不同受火時(shí)間后的抗壓強(qiáng)度、抗剪強(qiáng)度、抗彎強(qiáng)度及殘余質(zhì)量. 以木材為比較對(duì)象,采用差示掃描量熱(DSC)和熱重-微分熱重(TG-DTG)方法分析重組竹、防火涂料及云杉-松木-冷杉(SPF)的熱流量和質(zhì)量隨溫度的變化過程. 結(jié)果表明:相比于未經(jīng)防火涂料處理的重組竹,經(jīng)防火涂料處理后的重組竹力學(xué)性能和質(zhì)量隨受火時(shí)間的延長(zhǎng)下降速率均明顯減小;重組竹的熱穩(wěn)定性優(yōu)于SPF;防火涂料在高溫下吸熱膨脹形成碳質(zhì)泡沫,具有較好的熱穩(wěn)定性,可以起到很好的防火作用.

Study on property degradation of bamboo scrimber for structure after exposed to fire

Abstract: Taking the bamboo scrimber before and after being treated with fireproof coating the compressive strength, shearstrength, flexural strength and residual mass of the bamboo scrimber were tested. Taking wood as the comparison object,differential scanning calorimetry ( DSC) and thermogravimetric differential thermogravimetric ( TG-DTG) methods wereused to analyze the variation of heat flux and mass of bamboo scrimber, fireproof coating and spruce-pine-fir ( SPF) withtemperature. The results show that decreasing rate of the mechanical properties and mass of the bamboo scrimber treatedwith fireproof coating decreases significantly with the extension of fire time, compared with those treated without fireproofcoating. Thermal stability of bamboo scrimber is better than that of SPF. Fireproof coating in high temperature endothermicexpansion to form carbon foam, with better thermal stability, can play a very good role in fire prevention.
