超高層公共建筑智能建造技術(shù)體系探索實(shí)踐

摘 要

摘要: 以新發(fā)大廈項(xiàng)目為例,系統(tǒng)介紹 BIM 技術(shù)、數(shù)字化、智能化在項(xiàng)目設(shè)計(jì)、施工過程中的應(yīng)用. 基于疏散分析、采光分析、機(jī)電深化設(shè)計(jì)、幕墻深化設(shè)計(jì)等方面系統(tǒng)論述了項(xiàng)目數(shù)字化設(shè)計(jì)應(yīng)用與探索. 結(jié)合 EPC 項(xiàng)目管理模式的特點(diǎn),實(shí)現(xiàn)基于 BIM 的智能施工、現(xiàn)場(chǎng)平布、成本核算、設(shè)備運(yùn)行模擬、可視化交底、智慧工地、進(jìn)度管理、生產(chǎn)管理、安全管理等智慧管理平臺(tái),創(chuàng)新性地應(yīng)用具有自主知識(shí)產(chǎn)權(quán)的 SinoBIM 設(shè)計(jì)系統(tǒng),總結(jié)了基于 BIM 的數(shù)字設(shè)計(jì)、智能施工技術(shù)體系,實(shí)現(xiàn)項(xiàng)目管理信息化,為 BIM 技術(shù)在超高層公建領(lǐng)域的全過程、全要素落地提供實(shí)踐案例.

Based on evacuation analysis, lightinganalysis, electromechanical deepening design, curtain wall deepening design and other aspects, the application andexploration of project digital design were systematically discussed. Combined with the characteristics of EPC projectmanagement mode, the intelligent management platforms based on BIM such as intelligent construction, site leveling, costaccounting, equipment operation simulation, visual disclosure, intelligent construction site, progress management,production management and safety management were realized, and the SinoBIM design system with independent intellectualproperty rights were applied creatively. The digital design and intelligent construction technology system based on BIM wassummarized, the informatization of project management was realizes, and practical cases for the whole process and allelements of BIM technology in the field of super high-rise public construction were provided.Keywords:BIM; digital design; intelligent construction; integration of design and construction
