施工縫位置對(duì)裝配式框架結(jié)構(gòu)抗震性能影響

摘要: 在裝配式混凝土梁柱框架節(jié)點(diǎn)抗震性能試驗(yàn)基礎(chǔ)之上,通過(guò) ABAQUS 有限元軟件創(chuàng)建了邊節(jié)點(diǎn)試件模型,設(shè)計(jì)制作了 8 個(gè)試件,以模擬施工縫的不同留設(shè)位置. 在柱頂軸向力一定的情況下,水平方向施加循環(huán)往復(fù)荷載,通過(guò)模擬結(jié)果與試驗(yàn)結(jié)果的對(duì)比,分析得到了該試件的破壞形式、荷載-位移滯回曲線、骨架曲線、剛度退化曲線及其延性性能. 結(jié)果表明:施工縫留設(shè)位置在梁端至梁跨 1 / 4 區(qū)域時(shí),試件的承載能力較差,不利于實(shí)際工程中的應(yīng)用,留設(shè)位置在梁跨 1 / 3 ~ 3 / 5 區(qū)域時(shí),試件的承載能力較高;施工縫留設(shè)位置在梁端 1 / 5 區(qū)域時(shí),試件的剛度退化較快,且最終殘余剛度較小;施工縫在節(jié)點(diǎn)核心區(qū)附近留設(shè)時(shí),試件的整體延性較差.

Influence of construction joint position on seismic performance of prefabricated frame structure

Abstract:Based on the seismic performance test of prefabricated concrete beam-column frame joints, the edge jointspecimen model was created by ABAQUS finite element software, and eight specimens were designed to simulate thedifferent positions of construction joints. Under the condition of certain axial force, cyclic load was applied in horizontaldirection. By comparing the simulation results with the experimental results, the failure mode, load-displacement hysteresiscurve, skeleton curve, stiffness degradation curve and ductility of the specimen were obtained. The results show that:When the construction joint is located in the quarter area from the beam end to the beam span, the bearing capacity of thespecimens is poor, which is not conducive to the application in practical engineering. When the position is 1 / 3~ 3 / 5 of thebeam span, the bearing capacity of the specimen is higher. When the construction joint is reserved in the 1 / 5 area of thebeam span, the stiffness degradation of the specimen is fast, and the final residual stiffness is small. When the constructionjoint is set near the core area of the joint, the overall ductility of the specimen is poor.
