密拼連接疊合雙向板撓度計算方法研究

摘要: 根據(jù)已完成的四邊不出筋密拼連接疊合雙向板原位加載試驗研究成果,分析了鋼筋桁架疊合雙向板與現(xiàn)澆板抗彎剛度、撓度存在差異的機理. 考慮彎矩調(diào)整、裂縫分布、支座附加筋及鋼筋桁架等因素引入相關(guān)撓度折減系數(shù)對既有撓度計算方法進行修正. 基于 ACI318 有效慣性矩方法、修正 ASCE 方法對疊合雙向板撓度進行理論計算得出,ACI318 有效慣性矩方法計算結(jié)果高估了疊合雙向板彈性階段剛度,修正 ASCE 方法適用于彈性階段. 解析剛度法結(jié)合修正撓度計算方法可用于計算疊合雙向板撓度,適用于疊合雙向板彈性和塑性階段,計算值與實測值吻合較好. 通過數(shù)值模擬開展參數(shù)分析得出,疊合雙向板的抗彎剛度隨現(xiàn)澆層與預(yù)制底板厚度比值的增大而提升明顯,但鋼筋桁架與支座附加筋等因素的剛度增強效應(yīng)會減小.

Analysis of calculation method for deflection on composite two-way slabs connected without gap

Abstract:Based on the comparative experimental study on in-situ loading of the composite two-way slabs that have noextended reinforcement on all sides and connected without gap, the mechanism of differences in flexural rigidity anddeflection between steel rebar reinforced truss composite two-way slabs and cast-in-place slabs was analyzed. Consideringfactors such as bending moment adjustment, crack distribution, additional steel rebar reinforcement of supports and steeltrusses, the relevant deflection reduction coefficient was introduced to modify the existing deflection calculation method.Based on the ACI318 effective moment of inertia method and the modified ASCE method to theoretically calculate thedeflection of the composite two-way plate, the calculation results of the ACI318 effective moment of inertia methodoverestimated the stiffness of the composite two-way plate in the elastic stage, and the modified ASCE method was suitablefor the elastic stage. The analytical stiffness method combined with the corrected deflection calculation method could beused to calculate the deflection of the composite two-way slab, which was suitable for the elastic and plastic stages of thecomposite two-way slab, and the calculated value was in good agreement with the measured value. Through numericalsimulation and parameter analysis, it is concluded that the flexural stiffness of the composite two-way slab increasessignificantly with the increase of the thickness ratio of the cast-in-place layer to the prefabricated floor, but the stiffnessenhancement effect of the steel rebar truss and the additional steel rebar reinforcement of the support will decrease.
