摘要: 傳統(tǒng)民居木結(jié)構(gòu)建筑中的節(jié)點(diǎn)主要采用直榫連接,暗銷直榫節(jié)點(diǎn)是其常用形式. 為了研究暗銷直榫節(jié)點(diǎn)的受彎性能,對(duì)圓形暗銷直榫節(jié)點(diǎn)進(jìn)行單調(diào)加載試驗(yàn),得到彎矩-轉(zhuǎn)角、拔榫量-轉(zhuǎn)角、彎矩-應(yīng)變關(guān)系曲線及破壞模式,試件失效主要以節(jié)點(diǎn)榫頭破壞為主. 運(yùn)用有限元軟件對(duì)試件進(jìn)行了數(shù)值模擬,并與試驗(yàn)結(jié)果對(duì)比驗(yàn)證. 基于驗(yàn)證后的數(shù)值模擬方法,分析了暗銷截面形式、枋高、枋寬、摩擦系數(shù)對(duì)暗銷直榫節(jié)點(diǎn)受彎性能的影響. 結(jié)果表明:圓形截面會(huì)轉(zhuǎn)動(dòng),應(yīng)力分布相對(duì)均勻,而方形截面會(huì)扭曲,棱角處會(huì)出現(xiàn)應(yīng)力集中. 增大枋高、枋寬及摩擦系數(shù)均會(huì)提高節(jié)點(diǎn)的轉(zhuǎn)動(dòng)剛度和抗彎承載力.

Experiment and parametric study on bending performance of straight tenon joint with dowel

Abstract: The joints in the traditional wooden architecture of folk dwellings are mainly connected by straight tenon, andstraight tenon joint with dowel is its common form. In order to study the bending performance of the straight tenon joint withdowel, the experiment on circular straight tenon joint with dowel under the monotonic load was carried out. The curves ofbending moment-rotational angle, pullout tenon-rotational angle, bending moment-strain relations and failure mode wereobtained. The failure of specimen was mainly induced by the destruction of tenon joint. The finite element software wasused to simulate the specimen, and the simulated results were compared with the test results. Based on the verifiednumerical simulation method, the effects of different parameters such as cross-sectional form, lintel height, lintel width,and friction coefficient on the bending performance of straight tenon joint with dowel were analyzed. The results show thatthe circular section will rotate and the stress distribution will be relatively uniform. However, the square section will bedistorted and the stress concentration will appear at the corners. The increase of lintel height, lintel width and frictioncoefficient will improve the rotational stiffness and flexural capacity of the joints.
