摘要: 箱形截面梁柱連接節(jié)點(diǎn)研究較少,提出一種新型柱端水平板-螺栓連接節(jié)點(diǎn)用以小型鋼框架結(jié)構(gòu)快速裝配。 通過方鋼管柱端水平板-螺栓連接節(jié)點(diǎn)試件與傳統(tǒng)內(nèi)隔板全焊接節(jié)點(diǎn)試件在低周往復(fù)荷載作用下的對(duì)照試驗(yàn),結(jié)合數(shù)值模擬,研究節(jié)點(diǎn)的抗震性能。 結(jié)果表明:新型節(jié)點(diǎn)試件的滯回曲線更加飽滿,屈服荷載較傳統(tǒng)節(jié)點(diǎn)試件提高 31. 61%、極限承載力提高 16. 18%、等效黏滯阻尼系數(shù)提升 23. 82%;方鋼管柱端水平板-螺栓連接節(jié)點(diǎn)屈服荷載、極限荷載與模擬結(jié)果基本一致,誤差約為 5%;加勁肋可以有效降低柱腹板與水平端板處焊縫應(yīng)力,增加水平端板厚度可以提高節(jié)點(diǎn)極限承載力,有效降低螺栓桿處應(yīng)力。 并分析得出方鋼管柱端水平板-螺栓連接節(jié)點(diǎn)的延性提高,脆性斷裂風(fēng)險(xiǎn)降低,具有良好的抗震性能;在節(jié)點(diǎn)設(shè)計(jì)中宜設(shè)置柱與端板之間的加勁肋,水平端板厚度不宜小于 16mm。

Experimental study on seismic performance of small square steel tube column end horizontal plate-bolt connection joints

Abstract: There are few researches on the beam-column connection joint of box section. A new horizontal plate-bolt joint of column end was proposed for fast assembly of small steel frame structures. The seismic performance of the joint was studied by the control test of the square steel tube column end horizontal plate-bolt connection joint specimen and the traditional welded joint specimen with the inner diaphragm under the low cycle reciprocating load, combined with the numerical simulations. The results show that the new joint specimens have fuller hysteresis curves, and the yield load, ultimate bearing capacity and equivalent viscous damping coefficient increase by 31. 61%, 16. 18% and 23. 82% compared with the traditional node specimens. The yield load and ultimate load of the new joint are basically consistent with the simulation results, and the error is about 5%. The stiffener can effectively reduce the weld stress between the column web and the end plate, and increase the thickness of the horizontal end plate can improve the ultimate bearing capacity of the joint and effectively reduce the stress at the bolt rod. And the analysis shows that the square steel tube column end horizontal plate-bolt connection joint has improved ductility, reduced the risk of brittle fracture, and has good seismic performance. In the design of the joint, it is appropriate to set the stiffener between the column and the end plate, and the thickness of the horizontal end plate should not be less than 16mm.
