摘要: 以鄰近深基坑的既有建筑物加固改造為背景,分析了基坑開挖與鄰近建筑物的相互影響,基坑的開挖造成建筑物傾斜或者開裂,鄰近建筑物所施加的超載使基坑變形增大. 對鄰近建筑物采取隔斷體保護(hù)、結(jié)構(gòu)加固、地基基礎(chǔ)加固措施;對基坑采取針對性的設(shè)計與施工:護(hù)坡樁+錨索+止水帷幕;建立施工過程監(jiān)測預(yù)警系統(tǒng). 監(jiān)測結(jié)果表明,樁頂水平、豎向位移累計最大值分別為 13、7. 38mm,小于控制值 24mm;保留建筑物基礎(chǔ)的最大沉降為18. 1mm,基礎(chǔ)傾斜 0. 44‰,遠(yuǎn)小于允許值 3‰的規(guī)定;表明保留建筑物加固、基坑降水與支護(hù)的設(shè)計和施工是成功的.

Interaction between foundation pit excavation and adjacent buildings and reinforcement measures

Abstract:Based on the reinforcement and reconstruction of the existing building adjacent to the deep foundation pit, theinteraction between the excavation of the foundation pit and the adjacent building was analyzed, the excavation of thefoundation pit causes the building to tilt or crack, and the overload imposed by the adjacent building causes the deformationof the foundation pit to increase. The partition protection, structural reinforcement, foundation reinforcement measures wereadopted for adjacent buildings. The targeted design and construction of the foundation pit was adopted: slope protectionpile + anchor cable + water stop curtain. The construction process monitoring and early warning system was established.The monitoring results show that the maximum cumulative horizontal and vertical displacement of pile top are 13mm and7. 38mm respectively, which is less than the control value of 24mm. The maximum settlement of the reserved buildingfoundation is 18. 1mm and the foundation tilt is 0. 44‰, which is far less than the allowable value of 3‰. It shows that thedesign and construction of retaining building reinforcement, foundation pit dewatering and supporting are successful.
