摘要: 針對(duì)沿海地區(qū)深厚軟土拋填石工程場(chǎng)地,既有建(構(gòu))筑物地基基礎(chǔ)長(zhǎng)期不均勻沉降嚴(yán)重的問(wèn)題,在充分考慮周?chē)鷪?chǎng)地條件,結(jié)合拋填石層、深厚軟土層各自特征,滿足加固處理要求的前提下,提出了一種上部為鋼管樁下接高壓旋噴樁支承于下覆巖層的組合樁型. 通過(guò)理論分析、室內(nèi)模型試驗(yàn)、現(xiàn)場(chǎng)靜載試驗(yàn)、數(shù)值模擬計(jì)算以及工程實(shí)例,研究認(rèn)為:1)高壓旋噴鋼管組合樁的豎向承載力主要由水泥旋噴樁體強(qiáng)度控制;2)隨著注漿體厚度的增大,樁的沉降量隨之減小,但隨著注漿體厚度的持續(xù)增大,其縮減幅度也逐漸變小;3)粗糙度的影響存在一個(gè)閾值,其對(duì)承載力和位移的影響與土的工程性質(zhì)有關(guān);4)隨著注漿體水灰比的增大,樁的承載力也隨之增大. 采用高壓旋噴鋼管組合樁對(duì)既有建筑下深厚軟土拋填石場(chǎng)地進(jìn)行加固處理具有一定的合理性和可行性.

Study on the theoretical calculation and application of high-pressure rotary jet steel pipecomposite pile

Abstract: Aiming at the problem of long-term uneven settlement of foundations of existing buildings ( structures) in deepsoft soil rock-filled project sites in coastal areas, fully considering the surrounding site conditions, combining thecharacteristics of the rockfill layer and the deep soft soil layer, on the premise of meeting the requirements of reinforcementtreatment, a composite pile type with a steel pipe pile under the high-pressure rotary jet pile supported on the overlying rocklayer was proposed. Through theoretical analysis, indoor model tests, on-site static load tests, numerical simulationcalculations and engineering examples, the study believes that: 1) The vertical bearing capacity of high-pressure rotary jetsteel pipe composite pile is mainly controlled by the strength of cement rotary-sprayed piles; 2) As the thickness of thegrouting increases, the settlement of the pile decreases, but as the thickness of the grouting continues to increase, thereduction of the pile gradually decreases;3) There is a threshold for the influence of roughness, and its influence on thebearing capacity and displacement is related to the engineering properties of the soil;4) As the water-cement ratio of thegrouting liquid increases, the bearing capacity of the pile also increases. It is reasonable and feasible to use high-pressurerotary jet steel pipe composite pile to strengthen the deep soft soil rock-filled site under existing buildings.
