大跨度混凝土拱殼聲屏障結構設計研究

摘要: 北京朝陽站至五環(huán)路段(里程 DK14+400~DK15+050)封閉式聲屏障垂直軌線方向的結構跨度約 40m,采用大跨度混凝土拱殼結構形式. 結構拱形由斜線+圓弧+拋物線組成,滿足建筑限高和景觀要求;在拱頂拋物線段設置預應力平衡拉索,以平衡高位局部拱結構的推力,顯著改善主拱結構和拱腳基礎的受力狀態(tài). 主拱之間的混凝土薄殼采用預制裝配式殼板,通過優(yōu)化 SP 預應力空心板和主拱結構的連接節(jié)點構造,提升主體結構施工效率的同時保證結構連接的可靠性. 設計過程中,充分考慮施工組織方案,按照多個施工階段進行包絡設計;主拱結構各階段的變形驗算均滿足規(guī)范要求,進行了拱結構的整體穩(wěn)定性分析. 主拱基礎采用設反傾角的重力式混凝土條形基礎形式,基礎設計過程中充分考慮各種不利設計工況,充分保證基礎設計的安全性.

Structural design and research of large-span concrete arch shell in enclosed sound barrier

Abstract: Large-span concrete arch shell structure during the Beijing ChaoYang Railway Station to the Fifth Ring Road(mileage DK14+400~ DK15+050) with a structure span of about 40m in the derection perpendicular to the tracks. Thearch was composed of oblique lines, arcs and parabola to meet the building height limit and landscape requirements.Prestressed balance cables was set in the parabolic section of the arch to balance the horizontal internal force in the localarch structure, which significantly improve the stress state of the main arch structure and the arch foot foundation.Prefabricated shell plates was applied in the thin concrete shells between the main arches. By optimizing the connectionjoint between the prefabricated shell plates and arch structure, the construction efficiency of project was improved whileensuring the reliability of the structural connection. During the design process, the envelope design was carried outaccording to multiple construction stages. The deformation of the main arch structure at each stage meets the requirementsof the specification. Overall stability analysis of the arch structure was carried out. Gravity concrete strip foundation withinclination angle was adopted in the arch foundation. Various unfavorable design conditions were fully considered in thefoundation design process to ensure the safety of the foundation design.
