摘要: 軸壓比是影響圓中空夾層鋼管混凝土構(gòu)件抗撞性能的一個重要參數(shù),因此,在前期試驗研究基礎(chǔ)上,采用ABAQUS 建立了圓中空夾層鋼管混凝土構(gòu)件在側(cè)向撞擊和軸力荷載耦合作用下的有限元分析模型,研究了不同軸壓比下構(gòu)件抗撞工作機理,并以名義截面含鋼率、空心率與材料強度為主要參數(shù),重點分析了軸壓比對構(gòu)件抗撞性能的影響. 結(jié)果表明:在側(cè)向撞擊和軸力荷載耦合作用下構(gòu)件主要發(fā)生受彎破壞,外鋼管與混凝土的塑性變形是構(gòu)件的主要耗能機制;當軸壓比從 0 增大到 0. 5 時,構(gòu)件的抗撞性能先增強后減弱;隨著構(gòu)件名義截面含鋼率、空心率和外鋼管屈服強度的增大及混凝土強度的減小,軸壓比對構(gòu)件抗撞性能的有利影響范圍分別減小約 75%、57%、15%和 18%.

Influence analysis of axial load ratio on impact resistance of circular concrete filleddouble-skin steel tubular

Abstract: Axial load ratio is an important parameter that affects the impact resistance of circular concrete filled double-skinsteel tubular (CFDST) members. Therefore, based on preliminary experiments, finite element analysis (FEA) model ofCFDST combined lateral impact and axial load was established using ABAQUS. The working mechanism of CFDSTmembers with different axial load ratio under impact load was investigated. With nominal cross-sectional steel ratio, hollowratio and material strength as the main parameters, the influence of axial load ratio on the impact resistance was emphasislyanalyzed. The results show that under combined lateral impact and axial load, the members failed in flexural mode. Themain energy dissipation mechanism of members was the plastic deformation of outer steel tube and concrete. As the axialload ratio increased from 0 to 0. 5, the impact resistance of members increased first and then decreased. With the increaseof nominal cross-sectional steel ratio, hollow ratio and yield strength of external steel tube, and the decrease of concretestrength, the favorable influence range of axial load ratio on the impact resistance of members decrease by about 75%,57%, 15% and 18% respectively.
