大跨鋁合金結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)技術(shù)研究與工程實(shí)踐

摘 要

摘要: 首先總結(jié)了鋁合金結(jié)構(gòu)的特點(diǎn)與發(fā)展情況,分析了大跨鋁合金結(jié)構(gòu)在國內(nèi)外的工程應(yīng)用及設(shè)計(jì)技術(shù)特點(diǎn).結(jié)果顯示在國內(nèi)已形成一整套完善的大跨度鋁合金結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)理論、設(shè)計(jì)方法、加工制作及施工安裝技術(shù),某些設(shè)計(jì)技術(shù)已領(lǐng)先. 進(jìn)一步從鋁合金材料、結(jié)構(gòu)體系、構(gòu)件截面形式、連接節(jié)點(diǎn)等分析了技術(shù)發(fā)展創(chuàng)新的重點(diǎn)和難點(diǎn),給出了上海辰山植物園和上海世博溫室兩個(gè)鋁合金結(jié)構(gòu)的典型示范案例,闡述了解決大跨度鋁合金結(jié)構(gòu)支座溫度應(yīng)力等關(guān)鍵問題的思路和方法,在設(shè)計(jì)技術(shù)的開發(fā)創(chuàng)新及應(yīng)用方面起到一定的示范作用.

Research on design technology and engineering practice of large-span aluminum alloy structure

Abstract: Firstly, the characteristics and development of aluminum alloy structure were summarized, and the engineeringapplication and design technical characteristics of large-span aluminum alloy structure at home and abroadwere wereanalyzed. The results show that a complete set of design theory, design method, fabrication, construction and installationtechnology of large-span aluminum alloy structure has been formed in China, some design technology has achievedleadership. Furthermore, the focal points and difficulties of technological innovation were analyzed from the aspects ofaluminum alloy materials, structural system, section form of members, connection joints, etc. Two typical demonstrationcases of aluminum alloy structures,Shanghai Chenshan Botanical Garden and Shanghai World Expo Greenhouse were given,the idea and method to solve the key problems such as the temperature stress of the large-span aluminum alloy structure support were expounded, which plays a good demonstration role in the development , innovation and application of designtechnology.
