摘要: 膠合木輕質(zhì)且具有很高的強重比,與大跨空間結構的要求十分契合. 在我國“雙碳”目標的背景下,膠合木大跨空間結構具有優(yōu)勢. 太原植物園中展覽溫室建筑采用膠合木結構,其造型呈“貝殼”形狀,其中 1#溫室最大跨度為 89. 5m,最大高度 29. 5m,采用雙向疊放膠合木梁形成網(wǎng)殼結構體系;太原植物園水上餐廳建筑跨度為 21m,采用密肋疊合膠合木梁;上海滴水湖人行橋的 F 橋跨度 48m,采用膠合木空間桁架結構體系. 以 3 個已竣工工程為背景,闡明了膠合木大跨空間結構設計關鍵性技術,其中新穎的結構體系及節(jié)點設計為膠合木結構創(chuàng)新提供依據(jù),促進并拓展我國膠合木大跨空間結構的發(fā)展.

Design practice of glulam large-span space structure

Abstract: Glulam is lightweight and has high-bearing efficiency, which coincides with the requirements of large-span spacestructures. Under the background of “ double-carbon” target in China, the large-span space structure of glulam hasadvantages. The structure of the exhibition greenhouses in Taiyuan Botanical Garden is made of glulam, and its shape is inthe shape of a shell. The maximum span of the 1 # greenhouse is 89. 5m, and the maximum height is 29. 5m. Thereticulated shell structure system is formed by adopting two-way stacked glulam beams. The floating restaurant in TaiyuanBotanical Garden has a span of 21m, which is made of ribbed laminated glulam beams, and the F bridge of Dishui LakePedestrian Bridge in Shanghai has a span of 48m, which is made of glulam space truss structural system. Based on thebackground of three completed projects, the key technology of the design of the large-span space structure was expounded,in which the novel structure system and joint design provide the basis for the innovation of the glulam structure, to promoteand expand the development of glulam large-span space structure in China.
