合肥濱湖國(guó)際會(huì)展中心綜合館大跨度鋼-鋁組合張弦空間桁架屋蓋體系設(shè)計(jì)技術(shù)研究

摘 要

摘要: 針對(duì)合肥濱湖國(guó)際會(huì)展中心綜合館大跨度屋蓋,提出一種鋼-鋁組合張弦空間桁架新型受力體系,其中上部組合桁架的下弦桿、腹桿采用鋼構(gòu)件,組合桁架上弦桿采用鋁合金型材,撐桿和拉索為鋼結(jié)構(gòu),該體系集合了傳統(tǒng)張弦桁架空間受力特點(diǎn)和鋁合金結(jié)構(gòu)的優(yōu)點(diǎn),形成鋁合金主結(jié)構(gòu)與屋蓋圍護(hù)系統(tǒng)一體化設(shè)計(jì). 介紹了屋蓋受力體系的構(gòu)成、鋼-鋁合金連接節(jié)點(diǎn)、一體化屋面和張弦桁架的分析設(shè)計(jì)結(jié)果,同時(shí)研究了屋蓋結(jié)構(gòu)的穩(wěn)定性、抗連續(xù)倒塌等問題. 分析結(jié)果表明,屋蓋體系各項(xiàng)指標(biāo)均滿足規(guī)范要求,可為鋼-鋁合金組合空間桁架結(jié)構(gòu)體系的研究和應(yīng)用提供參考.

Research on design technology of large-span steel-aluminum composite stringed alloy trussroof system of Hefei Binhu International Convention and Exhibition Center Complex

Abstract: According to the large-span roof of Hefei Binhu International Convention and Exhibition Center Complex, a newtype steel-aluminum composite stringed alloy truss fore system was proposed. The lower chords and webs of the uppercomposite truss are steel members, the upper chords of the composite truss are aluminum alloy profiles, and the braces andcables are steel structures. This system combines the characteristics of traditional truss string structure and the advantagesof aluminum alloy structure, forming an integrated design of aluminum alloy main structure and roof enclosure system. Thestructure of the roof structure, steel-aluminum alloy joints, analysis and design results of integrated roof and truss stringwere introduced, and the stability and resistance to continuous collapse of the roof structure were studied. The analysisresults show that all the indexes of the roof system meet the requirements of the code, which provides a reference for thedevelopment of the steel-aluminum composite alloy truss structural system.
