摘要: 中國(guó)黃海濕地博物館在原鹽城火車(chē)站基礎(chǔ)上進(jìn)行改建,下部結(jié)構(gòu)采用框架+BRB 結(jié)構(gòu),上部屋蓋采用大跨度桁架加強(qiáng)網(wǎng)殼結(jié)構(gòu). 對(duì)大跨度屋蓋選型優(yōu)化進(jìn)行了簡(jiǎn)化模型對(duì)比分析,對(duì)格構(gòu)柱底鉸接、剛接方案進(jìn)行了討論,對(duì)超限判斷和應(yīng)對(duì)措施、鋼屋蓋整體穩(wěn)定和抗連續(xù)倒塌能力、下部主體結(jié)構(gòu)加固方案進(jìn)行了介紹. 結(jié)果表明:桁架加強(qiáng)網(wǎng)殼結(jié)構(gòu)結(jié)合了桁架和網(wǎng)殼結(jié)構(gòu)的優(yōu)勢(shì),鋼屋蓋整體穩(wěn)定性能和抗連續(xù)倒塌性能均較好. 馬鞍形屋面相比平屋面,豎向和水平剛度均大很多,結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)時(shí)充分利用桁架加強(qiáng)網(wǎng)殼結(jié)構(gòu)和馬鞍形造型的優(yōu)勢(shì),實(shí)現(xiàn)了用較小的結(jié)構(gòu)高度實(shí)現(xiàn)大跨空間.

Structural design on China Yellow Sea Wetland Museum

Abstract: China Yellow Sea Wetland Museum is reconstructed based on the original railway station. The lower structureadopts a frame + BRB structure, and the upper roof adopts a large-span truss-reinforced reticulated shell structure. Thesimplified model was compared for the type selection and optimization of large-span roof. The two schemes of hinged andrigid connection at the bottom of the lattice column were discussed. The overrun judgment and counter measures, theoverall stability of steel roof and ability to resist continuous collapse, and the reinforcement scheme of lower main structurewere introduced. The results show that the truss-reinforced reticulated shell structure combines the advantages of truss andreticulated shell structure and the overall stability and continuous collapse resistance of steel roof are good. The vertical andhorizontal stiffness of the saddle-shaped roof is much greater than the flat roof. The advantages of the truss-reinforcedreticulated shell structure and the saddle-shaped shape are fully utilized in the design to achieve a large-span space using asmall height of the structure.
