摘要: 上海浦東足球場是國內(nèi)外首個(gè)采用中置壓環(huán)索承結(jié)構(gòu)體系的足球場,將一般放置在柱頂?shù)膲毫Νh(huán)向內(nèi)移動(dòng)到 V 形支撐上,形成空間的曲線的中置壓環(huán),解決了外置壓環(huán)索承結(jié)構(gòu)體系不能適應(yīng)矩形建筑平面的問題. 通過有效的找形分析,確定了內(nèi)環(huán)和徑向索的預(yù)應(yīng)力,使壓環(huán)在自重下幾乎沒有彎矩. 通過物理風(fēng)洞試驗(yàn)和數(shù)值風(fēng)洞試驗(yàn)確定了結(jié)構(gòu)的風(fēng)荷載,并進(jìn)行了雙非線性整體穩(wěn)定分析,分析結(jié)果表明安全系數(shù)滿足規(guī)范要求. 對徑向梁進(jìn)行了局部穩(wěn)定分析,從考慮截面有效性和最大化利用鋼材的角度來選擇腹板壁厚. 介紹了徑向索與徑向梁連接節(jié)點(diǎn)和索夾節(jié)點(diǎn),以期為其他工程提供數(shù)據(jù)參考. 在屋蓋鋼結(jié)構(gòu)上布置健康監(jiān)測系統(tǒng),對其在施工和長期工作狀態(tài)進(jìn)行實(shí)時(shí)監(jiān)測,結(jié)果表明,各個(gè)部位應(yīng)力監(jiān)測值與理論值相接近,位形與理論值基本相符,結(jié)構(gòu)安全可靠.

Structural design on steel roof of Shanghai Pudong Football Stadium

Abstract: Shanghai Pudong Football Stadium is the first football stadium to innovatively adopt a cable-supported structuresystem with an intermediate compression ring in the world. The compression ring generally placed on the top of the columnis moved inward to the V-shaped support to become a curved intermediate compression ring of space, which solves theproblem that the outer compression ring cable-support structure cannot adapt to the rectangular building plane. Througheffective form-finding analysis, the prestress of the inner ring and radial cable was determined, so that the compression ringhas almost no bending moment under its weight. Physical wind tunnel tests and numerical wind tunnel tests were carried outto determine the wind load of the structure, and the double nonlinear overall stability analysis was carried out which analysisresult indicates that the safety factor meets the requirements of the code. The local stability analysis of the radial beam wascarried out, and the web wall thickness was selected by considering the section’s effectiveness and maximum utilization ofsteel. Connection nodes of radial cable and radial beam and cable clamp nodes were introduced in order to provide datareference for other projects. The health monitoring system was arranged on the steel structure of the roof to monitor itsconstruction and long-term working state in real time. The results show that the stress monitoring value of each part is closeto the theoretical value, the configuration is consistent with the theoretical value, and the structure is safe and reliable.
