摘要: 西安國際足球中心屋蓋主體結(jié)構(gòu)采用周邊剛性環(huán)殼承托的大開口正交索網(wǎng)結(jié)構(gòu),其設(shè)計(jì)完全貼合建筑造型的幾何形態(tài). 索網(wǎng)屋面由外壓環(huán)、承重索、上下層穩(wěn)定索、內(nèi)拉環(huán)和折面膜構(gòu)成,通過找形工作得到合理的索網(wǎng)形態(tài),因屋蓋形態(tài)復(fù)雜,進(jìn)行了風(fēng)致雪漂移試驗(yàn)、數(shù)值風(fēng)洞試驗(yàn)和物理風(fēng)洞試驗(yàn),屋面拉索均采用進(jìn)口全封閉索,屋面膜材采用以玻璃纖維為基布的 PTFE 涂層實(shí)體膜材. 內(nèi)圈索網(wǎng)結(jié)構(gòu)為自錨體系,與外圈網(wǎng)殼的連接支座采用施工張拉階段可滑移支座,用以消除張拉力對(duì)外圈網(wǎng)殼的影響. 屋蓋結(jié)構(gòu)的多模型對(duì)比分析結(jié)果證明了分析模型的可靠性,雙非線性整體穩(wěn)定性分析結(jié)果表明屋蓋具有良好的整體穩(wěn)定性,關(guān)鍵節(jié)點(diǎn)的設(shè)計(jì)分析保證了結(jié)構(gòu)連接的可靠性. 基于索網(wǎng)結(jié)構(gòu)的內(nèi)力分析結(jié)果和構(gòu)件重要性程度,設(shè)置了屋蓋結(jié)構(gòu)的健康監(jiān)測(cè)系統(tǒng).

Structural design on steel roof of Xi′an International Football Center

Abstract: The roof main structure of the Xi′an International Football Center adopts an orthogonal cable net structure withlarge openings supported by the surrounding rigid ring shell, and its design completely conforms to the geometric form of thebuilding shape. The cable net roof is composed of outer pressure ring, load-bearing cable, upper and lower stabilizingcables, inner pull ring and folding membrane. A reasonable cable net shape is obtained through the form-finding work. Dueto the complex shape of the roof, wind-induced snow drift tests, numerical wind tunnel tests and physical wind tunnel testswere carried out. The roof cables are all imported fully enclosed cables, and the roof membrane is a PTFE-coated solidmembrane based on glass fiber. The inner ring cable net structure is a self-anchoring system, and the connecting supportwith the outer ring reticulated shell adopts a sliding bearing in the construction tension stage to eliminate the influence of thetension force on the outer ring reticulated shell. The multi-model comparative analysis results of the roof structure prove thereliability of the analysis model, the double nonlinear global stability analysis results show that the roof has good overallstability, and the design analysis of key nodes ensures the reliability of structural connections. Based on the internal forceanalysis results of the cablenet structure and the importance degree of the components, a health monitoring system of roofstructure was set up.
