摘要: 雄安體育中心體育場主體結(jié)構(gòu)采用鋼框架-支撐體系,屋蓋鋼結(jié)構(gòu)由外圈屋蓋鋼結(jié)構(gòu)和屋頂中央網(wǎng)殼組成,看臺區(qū)域均采用組合型肋梁預(yù)制看臺板. 詳細(xì)介紹了該體育場結(jié)構(gòu)方案,包括看臺鋼結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計、拱腳滑動釋放、網(wǎng)殼結(jié)構(gòu)體系、典型節(jié)點(diǎn)設(shè)計等. 通過方案比選,屋頂中央網(wǎng)殼采用分索式索承鋁合金網(wǎng)殼的結(jié)構(gòu)體系,提高了索承結(jié)構(gòu)對不規(guī)則建筑平面的適應(yīng)能力. 設(shè)計中對南側(cè)拱腳進(jìn)行了施工工序優(yōu)化,拱腳處采用滑動釋放措施,降低了看臺鋼結(jié)構(gòu)南側(cè)拱桁架的水平推力. 本項(xiàng)目位于高烈度區(qū),采用了速度型黏滯阻尼墻作為結(jié)構(gòu)的減震措施,在多遇地震下黏滯阻尼墻作為結(jié)構(gòu)的安全余量儲備,在罕遇地震作用下,阻尼墻耗能占比 5%. 在部分應(yīng)力較大的鋁合金網(wǎng)殼節(jié)點(diǎn)中設(shè)置腹板加強(qiáng)板,提高了結(jié)構(gòu)的安全性.

Structural design on the stadium of Xiong’an Sport Center

Abstract: The main structure of the stadium of Xiong’an Sport Center adopts a steel frame-support system, the roof steelstructure is composed of outer ring roof steel structure and roof central reticulated shell, and prefabricated grandstand platewith composite-ribbed beam is used in the grandstand area. The structural scheme of stadium was introduced in detail,including steel structure design of the grandstand, sliding release of arch foot, reticulated shell structure system, typicalnode design, etc. Through scheme comparison, the central reticulated shell of the roof adopts the structural system ofsingle-layer aluminum alloy reticulated shell and chord-supported cable net, which improves the adaptability of the cablesupported structure to irregular building planes. The construction process of the south arch foot was optimized in the designand sliding release measures was adopted at the arch foot, which reduces the horizontal thrust of the south side arch truss inthe grandstand steel structure. The project is located in a high-intensity area, and the velocity-type viscous damping wall isused as the shock absorption measure of the structure, the viscous damping wall is taken as the safety margin reserve of thestructure under frequent earthquakes, the energy consumption of the viscous damping wall accounts for 5% under rareearthquakes. The safety of the structure is improved by setting web stiffeners in some aluminum alloy lattice shell joints withhigh stress.
