摘要: 文物保護(hù)項(xiàng)目不同于一般建筑,加固設(shè)計(jì)應(yīng)遵循對建筑最小干預(yù)的設(shè)計(jì)原則,并在結(jié)構(gòu)安全性與文物保護(hù)之間尋求一種新的平衡. 結(jié)合四行倉庫修繕項(xiàng)目的建筑改造內(nèi)容,對項(xiàng)目中應(yīng)用的結(jié)構(gòu)體系加固、東西區(qū)整體加固、無梁樓蓋加固、“西山墻”加固、豎向構(gòu)件加固、構(gòu)件托換等技術(shù)進(jìn)行探討,從結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)師角度提出“發(fā)現(xiàn)問題”到“解決問題”的思路,并對各種加固方法做了較為詳細(xì)的介紹,旨為類似加固項(xiàng)目提供借鑒.

Discussion on repair technology of Sihang Warehouse

Abstract:Cultural relics protection projects are different from general buildings. The reinforcement design should follow thedesign principle of the least interference to the building, and seek a new balance between the structural safety and theprotection of cultural relics. Combined with the construction renovation of the Sihang Warehouse repair project, thestructural system reinforcement, the integral reinforcement of east and west district, the reinforcement of unbeamed floor,the reinforcement of " West Gable Wall" , the reinforcement of vertical members and the underpinning of members werediscussed. From the designer's point of view, the train of thought from" finding problems" to" solving problems" were putforward, and various reinforcement methods were described in detail, aiming at providing reference for similar reinforcementprojects.
