摘要: 鑒于科學(xué)裝置對(duì)振動(dòng)要求十分苛刻,且不同裝置的控制標(biāo)準(zhǔn)也各有不同,需要進(jìn)行針對(duì)性的振動(dòng)控制設(shè)計(jì). 簡(jiǎn)要介紹了適用于科學(xué)裝置的振動(dòng)數(shù)據(jù)處理方法. 根據(jù)軟土地區(qū)環(huán)境振動(dòng)的特點(diǎn),分析了不同振源對(duì)科學(xué)裝置的影響. 采用現(xiàn)場(chǎng)實(shí)測(cè)和計(jì)算分析相結(jié)合的微振動(dòng)控制設(shè)計(jì)方法,結(jié)合上海軟土地基科學(xué)裝置的工程經(jīng)驗(yàn),探討了不同因素對(duì)控制標(biāo)準(zhǔn)確定的影響,分析了振動(dòng)測(cè)試對(duì)微振動(dòng)控制設(shè)計(jì)的重要性. 將現(xiàn)場(chǎng)實(shí)測(cè)與計(jì)算分析相結(jié)合的方法應(yīng)用于軟土地區(qū)工程中,并將分析數(shù)據(jù)與實(shí)測(cè)數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行了比較. 結(jié)果表明,現(xiàn)場(chǎng)實(shí)測(cè)與計(jì)算分析相結(jié)合的微振動(dòng)控制設(shè)計(jì)方法可以真實(shí)反映振動(dòng)衰減規(guī)律,評(píng)估振動(dòng)水平.

Study on micro-vibration control of scientific facility in soft soil area

Abstract: In view of the harsh vibration requirements of scientific facility, as well as different control standard for differentfacility, it is necessary to carry out targeted vibration control design. The vibration data processing methods for scientificfacility was briefly introduced. According to the characteristics of environment vibration in soft soil area, the influence ofdifferent vibration sources on scientific facility was analyzed. Based on the design method of micro-vibration control whichcombines field measurement and calculation analysis, combined with the engineering experience of scientific facility inShanghai soft soil foundation, the influence of different factors on the determination of control standards was discussed, andthe importance of vibration test for micro-vibration control design was analyzed. The method which combines fieldmeasurement and calculation analysis was applied into projects in soft soil area, and the analysis data was compared withthe measured data. The results show that micro-vibration control design method combined with field measurement andcalculation analysis can truly reflect the vibration attenuation law and evaluate the vibration level.
