摘 要

摘要: 上海世博文化公園南片區(qū)雙子山項(xiàng)目為人造山形建筑,是位于城市敏感環(huán)境及軟土地基上的國內(nèi)規(guī)模巨大的仿自然山體之一,采用空腔堆山方法進(jìn)行建造. 綜合考慮空腔內(nèi)建筑功能區(qū)域劃分、表皮仿自然山形特點(diǎn)以及預(yù)制裝配要求等因素,結(jié)構(gòu)劃分為下部規(guī)則腔體結(jié)構(gòu)和可方便進(jìn)行山形塑造的上部表皮結(jié)構(gòu). 結(jié)構(gòu)采用框架-剪力墻結(jié)構(gòu)體系,結(jié)合本項(xiàng)目特點(diǎn)并通過計(jì)算分析,其中框架部分的結(jié)構(gòu)選型比較了預(yù)制鋼筋混凝土結(jié)構(gòu)、全鋼結(jié)構(gòu)和部分包覆鋼-混凝土組合結(jié)構(gòu)(簡(jiǎn)稱 PEC 組合結(jié)構(gòu)),得到 PEC 組合結(jié)構(gòu)在整體剛度、節(jié)點(diǎn)連接及抗震性能等方面具有綜合優(yōu)勢(shì). 表皮結(jié)構(gòu)采用加密框架和現(xiàn)澆梁板體系,結(jié)合等高線坡度,表皮形成斜板加擋土墻的分倉設(shè)計(jì). 對(duì)比了采用考慮表皮效應(yīng)的整體模型和僅考慮下部規(guī)則結(jié)構(gòu)的計(jì)算模型的主要控制指標(biāo)、動(dòng)力特性及大震下的破壞形態(tài)等內(nèi)容,并進(jìn)行強(qiáng)度包絡(luò)設(shè)計(jì),提高了結(jié)構(gòu)安全度. 整體計(jì)算結(jié)果表明,結(jié)構(gòu)體系選型合理,各計(jì)算指標(biāo)均能滿足規(guī)范要求.

Abstract: The Shuangzi mountain project in the south area of Shanghai World Expo Cultural Park is a human mademountain-shaped building, which is one of huge scale imitating natural mountain located in sensitive urban environment andsoft soil foundation in China. It is constructed using the cavity orogeny method. Factors such as the division of buildingfunctional areas in the cavity, the characteristics of the skin imitating the natural mountain shape, and the prefabricatedassembly requirements were comprehensively considered,the structure is divided into the lower regular cavity structure andthe upper skin structure which is convenient for mountain shaping. The structure is a frame-shear wall structure system.Combined with the characteristics of the project and through calculation and analysis, the structural selection of the framepart compares the precast reinforced concrete structure, steel structure and partially-encased composite composite structure(PEC composite structure), and the PEC composite structure has comprehensive advantages in overall stiffness, jointconnection and seismic performance. The skin structure adopts the encrypted frame and the cast-in-place beam-slabsystem. Combined with the contour gradient, the split bin design of inclined plate and retaining wall formed on the skin.The overall model considering skin effect and the model envelope design considering only the lower regular structure werecarried out for the structure. The main control indicators, dynamic characteristics and failure patterns under the rareearthquake were compared between the two calculation models, and the strength envelope design was carried out to improvethe structural safety. The results show that the structural system is reasonably selected, and all calculation indicators canmeet the requirements of the specification.
