摘要: 對傳統(tǒng)幕墻的設(shè)計方法和特點進行了分析,發(fā)現(xiàn)傳統(tǒng)幕墻的設(shè)計方法已不能適用于不斷發(fā)展的特殊建筑效果需求. 基于上海世博溫室新型幕墻體系分析了一體化設(shè)計的技術(shù)難點,提出將主體結(jié)構(gòu)與外表皮幕墻進行一體化設(shè)計,并給出主體結(jié)構(gòu)與幕墻一體化設(shè)計方法、一體化有限元建模方法以及相互連接邊界條件的假定方法,進一步對上海世博溫室一體化整體模型進行詳細計算分析,得到每塊玻璃和連接件的變形和應(yīng)力. 為了驗證一體化計算的可靠性,將一個單元的主體結(jié)構(gòu)變形反加至對應(yīng)玻璃上進行單獨有限元分析. 結(jié)果表明:一體化分析方法可行有效,該設(shè)計方法可優(yōu)化幕墻連接框材料用量,可優(yōu)化傳統(tǒng)幕墻設(shè)計構(gòu)造縫寬,提升了建筑整體效果.

Abstract: The design methods and characteristics of traditional curtain walls were analyzed, and it was found that thetraditional design method of curtain wall can not be adapt to the development of special architectural forms. Based on thetechnical difficulties of the integrated design of the new type curtain wall system of Shanghai World Expo Greenhouse, theintegrated design of the outer skin glass curtain walls and main structure was proposed. Also the integrated design method,finite element modeling method and the interconnected boundary conditions assumption were proposed. The detailedcalculation and analysis of the integrated model of the Shanghai World Expo Greenhouse were carried out to obtain thedeformation and stress of each piece of glass and connectors. In order to verify the reliability of the integrated calculation,the deformation of the main structure of a unit was applied to the corresponding glass for a separate finite element analysis.The results show that the integrated analysis method is feasible and effective. This design method can optimize the materialconsumption of the curtain wall connection frame, optimize the structural joint width of the traditional curtain wall design,and improve the overall impression of the building.
