[摘要]山地建筑的結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)不僅要考慮結(jié)構(gòu)自身的受力關(guān)系,同時(shí)要研究結(jié)構(gòu)主體與山地巖土的相互作用。這個(gè)相互作用分兩方面,一方面是主體結(jié)構(gòu)承擔(dān)周邊不均勻巖土壓力,另一方面是巖土承擔(dān)來自主體結(jié)構(gòu)的反作用力。重慶大悅城是位于55m高邊坡上典型的山地建筑,場(chǎng)地中央為基巖面20°~35°的陡峭沖溝,溝內(nèi)覆蓋厚度為25m的欠固結(jié)填土,同時(shí)主體周邊巖土壓力分布嚴(yán)重不均勻。主要對(duì)本山地建筑項(xiàng)目基礎(chǔ)穩(wěn)定性的研究思路進(jìn)行了闡述,按不同基礎(chǔ)類型的受力特性確定其剛度取值和抗震性能目標(biāo),采用兩個(gè)不同計(jì)算模型對(duì)基礎(chǔ)和場(chǎng)地巖土進(jìn)行多角度、多水準(zhǔn)分析,考慮質(zhì)量不均勻分布對(duì)塔樓基礎(chǔ)進(jìn)行局部穩(wěn)定性復(fù)核,保證主體結(jié)構(gòu)安全和場(chǎng)地穩(wěn)定。

Stability analysis of building foundation in complex mountainous area

Abstract: The structural design of mountain buildings not only needs to consider the stress relationship of the structure itself, but also needs to study the interaction of the main structure, mountain rock and soil. This interaction can be divided into two aspects: on the one hand, the surrounding uneven geotechnical pressure borne by the main structure, on the other hand, the reaction force from main structure borne by rock and soil. Chongqing Joycity is a typical mountainou building located on a 55m high slope. The center of the site is a steep gully with bedrock surface of 20°~35 °. The gully was covered with unconsolidated fill with thickness of 25m. At the same time, the rock and soil pressure around the main body is seriously uneven. The research idea of the foundation stability of the foundation project of the mountain area was mainly expounded, and its stiffness value and seismic performance target according to the force characteristics of different foundation types were determined. Adopting two different calculation models to analyze the foundation and site rock and soil by multi angle and multi leveling. Considering the uneven mass distribution, the local stability of the towers was checked to ensure the safety of the main structure and the stability of the site.
