[摘要]高架車站頂棚鋼結(jié)構(gòu)跨縫一般都考慮設(shè)置耗能型屈曲約束支撐,其目的是為了協(xié)調(diào)頂棚鋼結(jié)構(gòu)與主體混凝土150mm的抗震位移,增強鋼結(jié)構(gòu)本身及整體結(jié)構(gòu)的抗震性能。介紹了屈曲約束支撐在軌交高架車站中的應(yīng)用,以上海地鐵17號線趙巷站項目為例,闡述了屈曲約束支撐的優(yōu)勢、受力原理以及受力性能。通過有限元分析,與無屈曲約束支撐的結(jié)構(gòu)對比發(fā)現(xiàn),在設(shè)防地震作用下,有屈曲約束支撐的結(jié)構(gòu)軸力、剪力以及用鋼量均有不同程度的減??;同時,在罕遇地震作用下,結(jié)構(gòu)的變形、位移也明顯減小。

Application of buckling restrained brace in track transportation elevated station engineering

Abstract: The span joints of the overhead steel structure at overhead station are generally installed in response to energy-dissipating buckling restraints. Its purpose is to coordinate the 150mm seismic displacement of the ceiling steel structure and the main concrete, enhance the seismic performance of the steel structure itself and the overall structure. The application of buckling restraint support in rail transit elevated stations was introduced. Zhaoxiang Station project of Shanghai Metro Line 17 was taken as a specific case to illustrate the advantages, the principle of stress and mechanical performance of buckling restraint support. Through the finite element analysis, contrasting with those structures with no buckling, it was founded that under the action of fortification earthquake, the axial force, shear force and steel consumption of the structure with buckling restraint support are reduced with certain degrees, meanwhile, the deformation and displacement of the structure are also significantly reduced under rare earthquakes.
