四川長(zhǎng)寧6.0級(jí)地震下裝配式建筑震害調(diào)查及分析*

[摘要]四川長(zhǎng)寧6.0級(jí)地震震區(qū)有6棟裝配式建筑,這些建筑距離震中約50km,所在區(qū)域設(shè)防地震烈度為7度(0.10g),鄰近的51YBT觀測(cè)臺(tái)站實(shí)測(cè)地震波峰值加速度為59cm/s2。經(jīng)實(shí)地調(diào)查,這6棟裝配式建筑震后結(jié)構(gòu)構(gòu)件和連接部位未發(fā)現(xiàn)受損現(xiàn)象,主體結(jié)構(gòu)完好,隔墻基本完好。其中項(xiàng)目一和項(xiàng)目二均采用了PC墻板,裝配率高。根據(jù)實(shí)測(cè)地震波計(jì)算分析結(jié)果,項(xiàng)目一在X向、Y向地震作用和項(xiàng)目二在Y向地震作用下的基底剪力超過了項(xiàng)目一和項(xiàng)目二在小震作用下基底剪力,項(xiàng)目一達(dá)到了抗規(guī)第1.0.1條“小震不壞”的設(shè)防目標(biāo);PC非承重墻板與主體結(jié)構(gòu)連接方式對(duì)整體剛度有較大影響,建議在裝配式建筑設(shè)計(jì)中應(yīng)考慮PC非承重墻板對(duì)整體剛度的影響,并加強(qiáng)PC非承重墻板與主體結(jié)構(gòu)連接構(gòu)造研究。

Investigation and analysis of seismic damage to prefabricated buildings under Sichuan Changning MS 6.0 earthquake

Abstract:There are 6 prefabricated buildings in the earthquake zone of Sichuan Changning M6.0 earthquake, which about 50km away from the epicenter. The earthquake intensity in the area is 7 degrees (0.10g). The peak acceleration of the seismic wave measured by the nearby 51YBT observation station is 59cm/s2. After on-site investigation, no damage was found to the structural components and connections of the 6 prefabricated buildings after the earthquake. The main structure is intact, and the partition walls are basically intact. Among them, Project 1 and project 2 both use PC wall panels, and the assembly rate is high. According to the calculation and analysis results of the measured seismic waves, the base shear of project 1 in this earthquake under the action of X-direction and Y-direction earthquakes and project 2 under the action of Y-direction earthquakes exceeded the base shear of project 1 and project 2 under the action of small earthquakes. The fortification goal of “small earthquakes not broken” in Article 1.0.1 of the anti-regulation has been reached for project 1. The connection method of PC non-load-bearing wall panels and the main structure has greater impact on the overall rigidity. It is recommended that the influence of PC non-load-bearing wall panels  on   the overall rigidity should be considered in the design of prefabricated buildings, and the research on the connection structure of  PC non-load-bearing wallboard and the main structure shoud be strengthened.
