考慮擋風(fēng)板的車(chē)輛側(cè)風(fēng)效應(yīng)研究

[摘要]強(qiáng)橫風(fēng)作用會(huì)導(dǎo)致車(chē)輛失穩(wěn)事故。采用數(shù)值仿真(CFD)方法進(jìn)行了行駛車(chē)輛在橫風(fēng)作用下空氣動(dòng)力學(xué)穩(wěn)定性研究。介紹了網(wǎng)格模型和數(shù)值方法基礎(chǔ)理論,通過(guò)對(duì)車(chē)體模型、網(wǎng)格類(lèi)型、網(wǎng)格數(shù)量、湍流模型和邊界條件的介紹,搭建車(chē)輛在側(cè)風(fēng)環(huán)境下的氣動(dòng)力分析數(shù)值平臺(tái)。然后采用該數(shù)值平臺(tái)進(jìn)行輕型卡車(chē)模型在不同工況條件下的空氣動(dòng)力學(xué)穩(wěn)定性分析。最后獲得了車(chē)輛失穩(wěn)的臨界值,為車(chē)輛在橫風(fēng)環(huán)境下安全行駛,提供基礎(chǔ)數(shù)據(jù)。分析結(jié)果表明,開(kāi)孔擋風(fēng)板的壓降與粘性阻力呈二次方關(guān)系,與慣性阻力呈線(xiàn)性變化關(guān)系,其數(shù)值直接影響車(chē)輛側(cè)風(fēng)穩(wěn)定性。

Study on cross-wind effects of driving vehicles on wind-barriers road

Abstract: The effects of strong cross-wind can cause vehicle instability accidents. A numerical simulation (CFD) method is adopted to study the aerodynamic stability of a driving vehicle under cross-wind. The grid model and basic theory numerical method were introduced and a numerical platform for aerodynamic analysis of the vehicle in the side seam environment was built through the introduction of the car body model, grid type, number of grids, turbulence model and boundary conditions. Then the aerodynamic stability analysis of the light truck model under different working conditions was analyzed by this numerical platform. Finally, the critical value of vehicle instability was obtained to provide basic data for the safe driving of the vehicle in a cross-wind environment. The results show that the pressure drop of the perforated baffle has a quadratic relation with the viscous resistance and a linear relation with the inertia resistance, and its value directly affects the crosswind stability of the vehicle.
