[摘要]龍華文體中心項(xiàng)目位于深圳市龍華區(qū),建筑高度23.85m,為多層鋼筋混凝土框架結(jié)構(gòu),有大跨度鋼網(wǎng)架結(jié)構(gòu)屋蓋。介紹了基礎(chǔ)設(shè)計(jì)和主體結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)的情況,由于坡道和2層(屋面)大平臺橫跨各個樓層,使得水平力具有多個向下傳遞的路徑,各樓層分界不明顯,與常規(guī)項(xiàng)目不同。理論分析表明,層的概念不影響結(jié)構(gòu)受力,僅數(shù)據(jù)指標(biāo)的宏觀表現(xiàn)形式不同,采用三維空間結(jié)構(gòu)計(jì)算軟件可合理計(jì)算結(jié)構(gòu)反應(yīng)并進(jìn)行設(shè)計(jì)。常規(guī)項(xiàng)目按層模型去統(tǒng)計(jì)指標(biāo)數(shù)據(jù)來衡量整體結(jié)構(gòu)水平和豎向的規(guī)則性,不適用于本工程。采用基于性能的設(shè)計(jì)方法,對構(gòu)件進(jìn)行小震、中震、大震的性能目標(biāo)復(fù)核,并對超長結(jié)構(gòu)進(jìn)行技術(shù)分析和構(gòu)造加強(qiáng),經(jīng)多軟件復(fù)核對比,構(gòu)件滿足各工況下的設(shè)計(jì)目標(biāo)要求。

Abstract: Longhua Cultural and Sports Center is located in Longhua district, Shenzhen, with a building height of 23.85m. It is a multi-story reinforced concrete frame structure with a large-span steel grid structure roof. The foundation design and main structure design were introduced. Because of the ramp and 2-storey (roof) large platform span each floor, there are many paths for the downward transmission of the horizontal forces, and the boundary of each floor is not obvious, which is different from the conventional project. Theoretical analysis shows that the concept of floor don’t affect the internal force of the structure, but the macro manifestations of data indicators are different. The structural response could be reasonably calculated and designed by using three-dimensional spatial structure calculation software. Conventional projects measure the horizontal and vertical regularity of the overall structure according to the statistical index data of the floor model, which is not applicable to the project. The performance-based design method was adopted to recheck the performance objectives of components under small earthquake, medium earthquake and large earthquake, and carried out technical analysis and structural strengthening for super long structures. Through multi software recheck and comparison, the components met the design objectives under various working conditions.
