[摘要]預(yù)制混凝土板疊合面的粗糙度對其抗剪性能有顯著影響,對其施工質(zhì)量需予以嚴(yán)格控制。采用手持式三維激光掃描儀采集疊合面點(diǎn)云數(shù)據(jù),并利用主分量分析技術(shù)與均值濾波處理點(diǎn)云數(shù)據(jù),提出基準(zhǔn)面法處理疊合面局部缺陷,采用條帶法進(jìn)行三維重建與粗糙度計算,從而形成基于三維激光掃描的預(yù)制混凝土板拉毛疊合面粗糙度檢測技術(shù)。通過對白紙平面與仿拉毛疊合面的檢測驗(yàn)證了所建立技術(shù)的高效性與準(zhǔn)確性。對三個構(gòu)件廠的28個采用拉毛工藝處理的預(yù)制混凝土板疊合面進(jìn)行了檢測,對檢測結(jié)果進(jìn)行了統(tǒng)計分析,并通過蒙特卡洛法得出拉毛疊合面粗糙度抽樣檢測建議。

Roughness quantification method for raked composite surfaces of precast concrete slabs: a 3D-laser-scan-based approach

Abstract: The roughness of the composite surfaces of the precast slabs has a remarkable influence on the shear capacity, so it is necessary to strictly control the construction quality. A handheld 3D laser scanner was used to gain the point cloud data of composite surface, and PCA technology and average filtering technology were used to process the point cloud data. A datum level method was proposed to process local defects of composite surfaces, proposing a strip method to realize 3D reconstruction and roughness calculation, thus forming a roughness inspection technology based on 3D laser scanning for the raked concrete surface of precast concrete slab. The high efficiency and accuracy of the technology were verified by the test of the white paper plane and the composite surface. 28 composite surfaces of precast concrete slabs treated by raking technology in three component factories were tested, the results were statistically analyzed, and sampling detection suggestions for the roughness of composite surfaces were obtained by Monte Carlo method.
