密拼鋼筋桁架混凝土疊合雙向板堆載試驗(yàn)研究

[摘要]為研究密拼鋼筋桁架混凝土疊合雙向板的受力性能,進(jìn)行了2塊四邊簡(jiǎn)支邊界下的3.6m×3.6m疊合板堆載試驗(yàn),研究了板的破壞模式、拼縫傳力、剛度及承載力。試驗(yàn)結(jié)果表明:2個(gè)試件具有相似的破壞模式,板底裂縫形態(tài)均呈“米”字形,與現(xiàn)澆板存在差異;密拼接縫兩側(cè)按《鋼筋桁架混凝土疊合板應(yīng)用技術(shù)規(guī)程》(T/CECS 715—2020)要求配置桁架鋼筋,能保證拼縫搭接鋼筋有效傳力,實(shí)現(xiàn)了板的雙向受力;屈服荷載前,增加拼縫搭接鋼筋可提高雙向板的整體剛度;密拼試件的承載力實(shí)測(cè)值均不低于采用彈性薄板小撓度理論和極限平衡法計(jì)算的承載力。

Experimental research on heap loading of reinforced concrete composite two-way slab with lattice girders and connected without gap

Abstract: In order to investigate the mechanical performance of reinforced concrete composite two-way slab with lattice girders and connected without gap, the heap loading test of two 3.6m×3.6m composite slabs under the boundary condition of simply supported on four sides were carried out to study the failure mode, force transmission of joint, stiffness and bearing capacity. The result indicate that, the failure modes of two specimens are similar, and the cracks at the bottom of two slabs are both in the shape of "rice" in Chinese characters, which is different from the cast-in-place slabs. The lattice girders connected without gap configured according to the requirements of Technical specification for concrete composite slabs with lattice girders (T/CECS 715—2020) on each side of the seam can ensure reliable force transmission of overlapped bars, which realized the bidirectional loading of the slabs. Before yielding load, the stiffness of two-way slabs can be improved by adding overlapped bars. The actual bearing capacity of the specimens connected without gap are not lower than the bearing capacity calculated by the theory of small deflection of elastic thin plates and the limit equilibrium method.
