高強(qiáng)鋼筋輕骨料混凝土梁短期受彎剛度計(jì)算方法研究*

[摘要]為研究配置高強(qiáng)鋼筋輕骨料混凝土梁短期受彎剛度特點(diǎn)及其計(jì)算方法,分別進(jìn)行了5根配置400MPa和5根配置500MPa級(jí)縱筋的陶粒輕骨料混凝土梁受彎性能試驗(yàn)。結(jié)合收集到的22根高強(qiáng)鋼筋輕骨料混凝土梁的試驗(yàn)結(jié)果,評(píng)估了相關(guān)規(guī)范中短期受彎剛度計(jì)算公式的適用性。試驗(yàn)結(jié)果表明,試件在縱筋屈服前的跨中彎矩-平均曲率曲線先近似呈直線,開裂后呈微凹曲線;與普通混凝土梁相比,輕骨料混凝土梁的短期受彎剛度較小。根據(jù)《輕骨料混凝土結(jié)構(gòu)技術(shù)規(guī)程》(JGJ 12—2006)和《混凝土結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)規(guī)范》(GB 50010—2010)短期受彎剛度計(jì)算公式得到的試件剛度計(jì)算值均比試驗(yàn)值偏小。利用試驗(yàn)數(shù)據(jù),基于跨中彎矩-平均曲率曲線特點(diǎn)給出了配置高強(qiáng)鋼筋輕骨料混凝土梁的短期受彎剛度一般計(jì)算模式,并基于該計(jì)算模式下的特例(雙折線法)構(gòu)建了與預(yù)應(yīng)力混凝土構(gòu)件剛度公式統(tǒng)一的修正計(jì)算公式,按該公式所得剛度計(jì)算值與試驗(yàn)值吻合較好。

Study on calculation method of short-term flexural stiffness of high strength reinforced lightweight aggregate concrete beam

Abstract: In order to study the short-term flexural stiffness characteristics and calculation method of high-strength steel reinforced lightweight aggregate concrete beams, five ceramsite lightweight aggregate concrete beams each with 400MPa and 500MPa longitudinal reinforcements were carried out respectively. Combined with the collected test results of 22 high-strength reinforced lightweight aggregate concrete beams, the applicability of the short-term flexural stiffness calculation formulas of relevant codes was evaluated. The test results show that the mid-span bending moment-mean curvature curve of the specimen is approximately straight before the longitudinal reinforcements yield and slightly concave after cracking. Compared with ordinary concrete beams, the short-term flexural stiffness of lightweight aggregate concrete beams is smaller. According to the Technical specification for lightweight aggregate concrete structure(JGJ 12—2006)and Code for design of concrete structures (GB 50010—2010), the calculated values of the stiffness of the specimens obtained from the short-term bending stiffness calculation formula are all smaller than the test values. Using test data, based on the characteristics of the mid-span bending moment-average curvature curve, a general calculation model for short-term bending stiffness of high-strength steel reinforced lightweight aggregate concrete beams was given. Based on a special case of this calculation mode (double broken line method), a general calculation model with prestressed concrete was constructed. The revised calculation formula is unified with the stiffness formula of prestressed concrete member, and the calculated stiffness value obtained according to it is in good agreement with the test value.
