[摘要]冷彎型鋼角鋼連接件主要用于冷彎薄壁結構各構件的連接。為研究冷彎型鋼角鋼連接件的抗剪承載能力,建立有限元分析模型。同時對比不同連接件厚度、螺釘數(shù)目和間距的試件的荷載-位移曲線、抗剪承載能力和失效模式特征,總結影響其抗剪性能的主要因素,驗證相關學者理論公式的合理性。結果表明,應用有限元分析模型可以有效模擬冷彎型鋼角鋼連接件的破壞模式,與試驗的荷載-位移曲線和各類力學性能指標等均吻合較好,具有較高的可靠度和計算精度。連接件厚度和螺釘布置均為影響冷彎型鋼角鋼連接件抗剪性能的重要因素,按現(xiàn)有名義抗剪強度計算公式分析結果偏于保守,根據(jù)已有試驗和有限元分析結果,提出了更具普適性的冷彎型鋼角鋼連接件抗剪承載能力計算方法。

Research on calculation method of shear capacity of cold-formed steel clip angles

Abstract:The cold-formed steel (CFS) clip angles are commonly used for the connection of various components of cold-formed thin-walled structures. Some models of finite element analysis were established to investigate the shear bearing capacity of the CFS clip angles. At the same time, the load-displacement curve, shear bearing capacity and failure mode characteristics of specimens with different connector thickness, screw number and spacing were compared, the main factors affecting the shear performance of specimens were summarized, and the rationality of the theoretical formulas of related scholars was verified. The results show that the application of the finite element analysis model can effectively simulate the failure mode of CFS clip angles, which is in good agreement with the test loaddisplacement curve and various mechanical performance indicators, and has high reliability and calculation accuracy. The thickness of the connector and the arrangement of screws are both important factors affecting the shear performance of CFS clip angles. According to the existing nominal shear strength calculation formula, the analysis results are conservative. Based on the existing test and the finite element analysis results, a more universal calculation method of shear bearing capacity of CFS clip angles was proposed.
