[摘要]以杭州蕭山國際機場三期新建T4航站樓鋼結(jié)構(gòu)屋蓋制造為例,深入剖析了屋蓋分叉節(jié)點、桁架弦桿節(jié)點、屋面焊接空心球網(wǎng)架等鋼結(jié)構(gòu)制造特點與難點,并對鋼結(jié)構(gòu)屋蓋制造的關(guān)鍵技術(shù)進行了詳細說明。通過這些關(guān)鍵技術(shù)的應(yīng)用,保證了本工程鋼結(jié)構(gòu)屋蓋制造的順利進行,這些技術(shù)對其他類似鋼結(jié)構(gòu)工程具有一定參考價值。

Key technology of steel roof manufacturing of Hangzhou Xiaoshan International Airport T4 terminal building

Abstract: Taking the steel roof manufacturing of Hangzhou Xiaoshan International Airport Phase Ⅲ project new T4 terminal building as an example, the characteristics and difficulties of steel structure manufacturing were analyzed deeply, such as roof fork node, truss stringed node, roof welding hollow ball net frame, etc, and the key technologies of steel structure roof manufacturing was explained minutely.Through the application of these technologies, the steel roof manufacturing of this project is ensured to be carried out smoothly.These technologies have certain reference value for other similar steel structure projects.
