上海深坑酒店關(guān)鍵建造技術(shù)研究

[摘要]上海深坑酒店是世界首個建造在廢棄礦坑內(nèi)的自然生態(tài)酒店,建造過程中面臨諸多困難。上海深坑酒店整體依附廢棄的深坑崖壁而建,深坑崖壁的穩(wěn)定性直接影響建筑的安全性,根據(jù)分析結(jié)果對崖壁進(jìn)行了加固處理。上海深坑酒店結(jié)構(gòu)形式新穎,為獨(dú)特的兩點(diǎn)支承式鋼框架結(jié)構(gòu)體系,結(jié)構(gòu)主體在水平荷載作用下體現(xiàn)出一端固接、一端簡支梁的變形和受力特性。運(yùn)用有限元分析軟件,分析了結(jié)構(gòu)的模態(tài)特性和在地震作用下受力特性。上海深坑酒店是在地表下88m的采石坑內(nèi)建成的。通過發(fā)明了一套混凝土超深向下輸送設(shè)備,解決了混凝土向下超深輸送的困難。通過有限元軟件對整體結(jié)構(gòu)施工過程進(jìn)行了模擬,為整體結(jié)構(gòu)的施工提供了安全保障;根據(jù)深坑內(nèi)環(huán)境監(jiān)測數(shù)據(jù)篩選出適應(yīng)不同區(qū)域崖壁生存的綠植,對深坑內(nèi)的環(huán)境進(jìn)行了修復(fù)。

Abstract: InterContinental Shanghai Wonderland Hotel is the world′s first natural ecological hotel built in an abandoned mine, and it faced many difficulties in the construction process. The hotel is built around the abandoned deep pit cliffs, and the stability of the deep pit cliffs directly affects the safety of the building. The cliff was reinforced according to the analysis results. The structure of InterContinental Shanghai Wonderland Hotel is novel. The hotel adopts a unique two-point supporting steel frame structural system. Under the action of horizontal load, the main structure exhibits the deformation and stress characteristics of one end fixed and one end simply supported beams. Using finite element analysis software, the modal characteristics and stress characteristics of the structure under earthquake action were analyzed. The hotel was built in a quarry 88 meters below the surface of the earth. By inventing a set of concrete super-deep downward conveying equipment, the difficulty of concrete super-deep downward conveying was solved. The construction process of the whole structure was simulated by finite element software, which provided a safety guarantee for the construction of the whole structure. According to the monitoring data of the environment in the deep pit, the green plants adapted to the survival of the cliff in different areas were screened out, and the environment in the deep pit was repaired.
