[摘要] 對某具體工程主體結(jié)構(gòu)與隔墻上裂縫進(jìn)行現(xiàn)場查勘,分析結(jié)構(gòu)上裂縫的形態(tài)、寬度、分布規(guī)律。分析結(jié)果表明,建筑物主裙樓發(fā)生不均勻沉降是導(dǎo)致主體結(jié)構(gòu)與隔墻產(chǎn)生裂縫的主要原因。提出采用坑式靜壓樁用于該建筑物不均勻沉降加固,對坑式靜壓樁用于地基基礎(chǔ)加固的設(shè)計及施工方法進(jìn)行詳細(xì)介紹。該工程加固后效果良好,研究結(jié)果可為同類型建筑物的不均勻沉降加固提供參考。

Research on reinforcement of building uneven settlement with pit static pressure pile

Abstract: Based on the field investigation of the cracks in the main structure and partition walls of a specific project, and the form, width and distribution of the cracks on the structure were analyzed. The analysis results show that the uneven settlement between the main and the podium building was the main cause of the cracks in the main structure and partition walls. And it was proposed to adopt the pit static pressure pile to reinforce the building’uneven settlement, and the design and construction methods of the pit static pressure piles for the foundation reinforcement were introduced in detail. The project had a good effect after reinforcement, and the research results can provide a reference for the uneven settlement reinforcement of the same type of buildings.
