某大跨度挑臺舒適度分析及振動控制

[摘要]某景觀挑臺采用大跨度柔性懸挑鋼結(jié)構(gòu),挑出長度約27m,在人行荷載及山區(qū)復(fù)雜風(fēng)場下易發(fā)生結(jié)構(gòu)豎向振動。人行荷載作用下的舒適度分析結(jié)果表明,結(jié)構(gòu)豎向振動加速度大于規(guī)范限值,不滿足舒適度要求;采取TMD減振措施后,結(jié)構(gòu)的加速度響應(yīng)得到了有效控制。根據(jù)數(shù)值風(fēng)洞模擬得到的體型系數(shù)及Python編程模擬的風(fēng)荷載時程,采用時域分析法進(jìn)行風(fēng)振分析,結(jié)果表明,結(jié)構(gòu)振動加速度滿足舒適度要求,風(fēng)荷載單獨(dú)作用下無需額外采取結(jié)構(gòu)減振措施。人群荷載及風(fēng)荷載共同作用時結(jié)構(gòu)的豎向振動加速度穩(wěn)定值小于0.5m/s2,但加速度峰值大于兩種荷載分別作用時的加速度峰值之和,因此人行荷載及風(fēng)荷載對結(jié)構(gòu)的影響不能簡單疊加,必要時應(yīng)進(jìn)行兩種荷載共同作用下的振動分析及減振控制。

Comfort analysis and vibration control of a large-span platform

Abstract: A landscape platform adopts a large-span cantilever steel structure form with a overhanging length of about 27m, which is prone to vertically vibrate under walking loads and complex wind loads in mountainous area. The comfort analysis results under walking loads show that the vertical vibration acceleration of the structure is greater than the specification limits. After taking TMD vibration absorption measures, the acceleration response is effectively controlled. According to the shape coefficient obtained by numerical wind tunnel simulation and the wind load time history simulated by Python programming, the wind vibration analysis was carried out by time domain analysis. The results show that the vibration acceleration of the structure satisfy the requirements of comfort, and no extra structural vibration reduction measure is needed. When walking loads and wind loads exist simultaneously, the steady acceleration value is less than 0.5m/s2, but the peak acceleration is greater than the sum of accelerations when the two loads act separately. Therefore, the influence of walking loads and wind loads on the structure can not be simply superimposed. If necessary, vibration analysis and vibration reduction control under the two loads should be carried out.
