單向加載下明銷直榫節(jié)點(diǎn)力學(xué)性能研究*

[摘要]西南木結(jié)構(gòu)民居的節(jié)點(diǎn)主要采用帶銷釘?shù)闹遍具B接,明銷直榫連接是其中最常用的連接方式之一。為了研究明銷直榫節(jié)點(diǎn)的力學(xué)性能,設(shè)計了8個足尺明銷釘直榫節(jié)點(diǎn)和2個無銷釘直榫節(jié)點(diǎn),并進(jìn)行抗彎的單調(diào)加載試驗(yàn),得到不同類型節(jié)點(diǎn)的彎矩轉(zhuǎn)角曲線以及拔榫量-轉(zhuǎn)角曲線,探討銷釘形狀、位置對直榫節(jié)點(diǎn)性能的影響。研究表明:明銷直榫節(jié)點(diǎn)在單向加載的情況下,其彎矩轉(zhuǎn)角曲線大致分為彈性受力階段和塑性發(fā)展階段,節(jié)點(diǎn)的失效原因主要是木材強(qiáng)度的破壞導(dǎo)致其變形過大而失去承載力;銷釘對直榫節(jié)點(diǎn)有一定約束作用,能提高直榫節(jié)點(diǎn)的力學(xué)性能,降低其拔榫量;方形銷釘對直榫節(jié)點(diǎn)約束性更強(qiáng),銷釘?shù)奈恢脤χ遍竟?jié)點(diǎn)影響較小。

Research on mechanical performance of straight mortise-tenon joints with exposed dowels under uniaxial loading

Abstract:Traditional dwellings in Southwest China are mainly made of timber structures with tenon-and-mortise joints, straight mortise-tenon with exposed dowels is one of the most commonly used connection methods. In order to study the mechanical performances of straight mortise-tenon joints with exposed dowels, eight full-scale straight mortise-tenon joints with exposed dowels and two full-scale straight mortise-tenon joints were designed for monotone loading test of bending, the moment-rotation curves and pullout tenon-rotation curves of different type joints were obtained. The influence of dowel shape and position on the performance of straight mortise-tenon joints were discussed. Research results show that the moment-rotation curve of the straight mortise-tenon joints with exposed dowels can be divided into the elastic stress stage and the plastic development stage under uniaxial loading. The failure of the joint is mainly due to the failure of wood strength, which leads to excessive deformation and loss of bearing capacity. The dowels can restrain the straight mortise-tenon joints to a certain extent, which can improve the mechanical preformance and reduce the amount of tenon pullout; the square dowel is more restrictive to the straight mortise-tenon joint, and the position of the dowel has little effect on straight mortise-tenon joints.
