[摘要]洛陽隋唐城應(yīng)天門遺址保護建筑為土遺址文物保護性建筑,建筑外墻設(shè)計為1∶4傾斜角度,展示古城墻形態(tài),將土遺址罩在建筑內(nèi)部。傾斜支撐柱對基礎(chǔ)產(chǎn)生水平力,在土遺址下采用暗挖頂管結(jié)構(gòu),設(shè)置抗水平推力的預應(yīng)力拉桿,使樁基礎(chǔ)以豎向荷載受力為主。上部建筑在平面分為5個結(jié)構(gòu)區(qū)段,各區(qū)段采用空間桁架和異形框架結(jié)構(gòu)形式,為土遺址保護提出創(chuàng)新性解決方案。就下部遺址層、中部城墻層及上部建筑層關(guān)系,介紹了各結(jié)構(gòu)區(qū)段結(jié)構(gòu)體系的組成及主要荷載傳遞路徑。對于平衡柱腳水平推力的預應(yīng)力拉桿,采用施工階段至使用階段全過程模擬分析方法,確定了預應(yīng)力拉桿的施工張拉控制節(jié)點,可作為預應(yīng)力施工控制原則。采用有限元模擬分析、現(xiàn)場試驗的方法對斜柱柱腳、預應(yīng)力錨板等重要節(jié)點進行校核。最后,根據(jù)遺址保護建筑的原則,結(jié)合項目關(guān)鍵部位及難點,提出了施工階段監(jiān)測及控制的主要措施。

Overall structure design of the conservation building of YingTianMen archaeological site of Luoyang City of Sui and Tang Dynasties

Abstract: The conservation building of YingTianMen archaeological site of Luoyang City of Sui and Tang Dynasties is designed to protect the soil site. The exterior wall of the building is designed with a 1∶4 inclination angle. The building covers the soil site inside and displays the shape of the ancient city wall. The inclined support column exerts a horizontal force on the foundation. Under the soil site, the underground excavation and pipe jacking structure was adopted, and the prestressed tie rod was set up to resist horizontal thrust, so that the pile foundation was mainly subjected to vertical load. The above-ground buildings are divided into five structural sections, and each section adopts the form of space truss and special-shaped frame structure, which puts forward innovative solutions for the protection of soil site. Based on the relationship between the lower site layer, the middle city wall layer and the upper building layer, the composition of the structural system and the main load transfer path of each structural section were introduced. For the prestressed tie rod balancing the horizontal thrust of the column foot, the whole process simulation analysis method from the construction stage to the use stage was adopted to determine the construction tension control node of the prestressed tie rod as the prestressed construction control principle. The important joints such as inclined column foot and prestressed anchor plate were checked by finite element simulation analysis and field test. At last, according to the principle of heritage site building conservation and combining the key parts and difficulties of the project, the main measures of monitoring and control in the construction stage were put forward.
