[摘要]為提高回彈超聲角測綜合法對結(jié)構(gòu)混凝土抗壓強(qiáng)度的檢測精度,在足尺結(jié)構(gòu)模型混凝土柱兩相鄰側(cè)面測試超聲角測法測區(qū)聲速、相應(yīng)單面測區(qū)回彈值與相應(yīng)測區(qū)直徑100mm標(biāo)準(zhǔn)芯樣抗壓強(qiáng)度。利用所測得的數(shù)據(jù)回歸擬合得到標(biāo)稱能量2.207J中型回彈儀回彈超聲角測綜合法專用測強(qiáng)曲線,并與以超聲對測法測區(qū)聲速參數(shù)回歸建立的超聲回彈綜合法測強(qiáng)曲線進(jìn)行比較。結(jié)果表明,采用超聲對測法測區(qū)聲速參數(shù)回歸建立的超聲回彈綜合法測強(qiáng)曲線計(jì)算超聲角測法測區(qū)混凝土抗壓強(qiáng)度存在較大誤差;建立的標(biāo)稱能量2.207J中型回彈儀回彈超聲角測綜合法專用測強(qiáng)曲線具有足夠檢測精度,可用于強(qiáng)度等級C20~C70預(yù)拌泵送混凝土抗壓強(qiáng)度檢測;采用自制的角距儀裝置可準(zhǔn)確測量超聲角測法測點(diǎn)所處位置及二面角角度,然后根據(jù)余弦定理精準(zhǔn)計(jì)算超聲角測法測點(diǎn)間距。

Study on rebound ultrasonic angle measurement comprehensive method to detect compressive strength of concrete

Abstract: In order to improve detection accuracy of concrete compressive strength of structure by rebound ultrasonic angle measurement comprehensive method, the sound velocity in the ultrasonic angle measurement area, the rebound value in the corresponding single side measurement area and the compressive strength of the standard core specimen with diameter of 100mm in the corresponding measurement area were tested on the two adjacent sides of the concrete column of full-scale structural models. The special strength curve of rebound ultrasonic angle measurement comprehensive method based on the nominal energy 2.207J rebound hammer was obtained by using the measured data regression fitting, and was compared with the strength curves of the ultrasonic rebound comprehensive method which was established by regressing sound velocity parameters in the measurement area of the ultrasonic contrast measurement method. The results show that if the strength curves of the ultrasonic rebound comprehensive method which was established by regressing sound velocity parameters in the measurement area of the ultrasonic contrast measurement method were used to calculate the concrete compressive strength in the ultrasonic angle measurement area, there would be large error. The special strength curve of rebound ultrasonic angle measurement comprehensive method based on the nominal energy 2.207J rebound hammer has enough detection accuracy, which could be used to detect the compressive strength of pumped concrete with strength grade of C20~C70. The self-made device for measuring angle and distance can accurately measure the position of measuring point of the ultrasonic angle measurement method and the dihedral angle, and then the distance between the measuring points of the ultrasonic angle measurement method can be accurately calculated according to the law of cosine.
