鋼纖維大粒徑再生粗骨料混凝土梁受彎性能試驗(yàn)研究*

摘 要

[摘要]為研究摻入鋼纖維的大粒徑再生粗骨料混凝土梁的受彎性能,設(shè)計(jì)了4根再生混凝土梁,主要設(shè)計(jì)參數(shù)為鋼纖維摻量、再生粗骨料取代率、碳纖維布(CFRP布)加固。通過單調(diào)加載試驗(yàn)對 4 根梁的破壞特征、荷載-撓度曲線、鋼筋應(yīng)變以及抗彎承載力進(jìn)行了研究,并采用ABAQUS有限元軟件對4根梁進(jìn)行了建模分析。結(jié)果表明,各試件梁均發(fā)生受彎破壞且平截面假定仍然成立;再生粗骨料取代率為50%和100%時(shí),梁的承載力分別提高約8.4%和2.8%,采用碳纖維布加固后梁的承載力提高約7%;ABAQUS有限元軟件分析結(jié)果與試驗(yàn)結(jié)果符合較好,基于現(xiàn)行規(guī)范公式得到的各試件梁極限抗彎承載力計(jì)算結(jié)果與試驗(yàn)結(jié)果符合較好,對鋼纖維大粒徑再生粗骨料混凝土梁設(shè)計(jì)具有較好的適用性。

Experimental study on the flexural behavior of concrete beams with large particle size recycled coarse aggregate and steel fiber

Abstract: In order to study the flexural behavior of recycled concrete beam with large diameter coarse aggregate mixed with steel fiber, four recycled concrete beams were designed. The main design parameters were the content of steel fiber, the replacement rate of recycled coarse aggregate and the reinforcement of carbon fiber sheets(CFRP sheets). The failure characteristics, load-deflection curves, reinforcement strain and bending capacity of the four beams were studied by monotone loading test, and the finite element software ABAQUS was used to model and analyze the four beams. The results show that flexural failure occurs in all specimens and the assumption of flat section is still valid. When the replacement rate of recycled coarse aggregate is 50% and 100%, the bearing capacity of the beam is increased by about 8.4% and 2.8%, respectively. The bearing capacity of the beam strengthened by CFRP cloth can be improved by about 7%. The finite element analysis results of ABAQUS software are in good agreement with the test results, and the calculation results of the ultimate flexural capacity of each specimen beam based on the formulas in the current code are in good agreement with the test results, which has good applicability to the design of recycled concrete beam with large diameter coarse aggregate of steel fiber.
