[摘要]以某標(biāo)識性拱門項(xiàng)目為例,介紹了大跨度空間鋼管桁架的設(shè)計(jì)要點(diǎn)。采用MIDAS軟件對結(jié)構(gòu)進(jìn)行整體受力和位移分析、非線性穩(wěn)定性分析、復(fù)雜節(jié)點(diǎn)受力分析以及施工階段模擬分析。分析結(jié)果表明,該結(jié)構(gòu)位移及強(qiáng)度滿足規(guī)范要求,其整體穩(wěn)定性較強(qiáng),關(guān)鍵復(fù)雜節(jié)點(diǎn)受力性能良好,施工階段模擬分析能夠保障支撐胎架拆除階段整體的結(jié)構(gòu)安全性。對于類似大跨度項(xiàng)目,應(yīng)對結(jié)構(gòu)關(guān)鍵節(jié)點(diǎn)進(jìn)行針對性分析,并充分結(jié)合現(xiàn)場施工組織,對施工過程中結(jié)構(gòu)內(nèi)力變化進(jìn)行綜合評估。

Structural design of a large-span space steel pipe truss arch

Abstract: Take an iconic arch project as an example,The design key points of a large-span space steel pipe truss were introduced. The MIDAS software was used to perform overall force and deformation analysis, nonlinear stability analysis, force analysis of complex nodes, and simulation of the construction stages. The analysis results show that the displacement and strength of the structure meet the requirements of the specification, its overall stability is strong, and the key and complex nodes possess good mechanical performance. The simulation analysis during the construction phase can ensure the overall structural safety at the removal phase of supporting tire frames. For similar long-span projects, the targeted analysis should be carried out for key structural nodes, and a comprehensive assessment of the internal force changes of the structure during the construction process should be fully combined with the on-site construction organization.
