[摘要]長沙某商業(yè)綜合體建筑結(jié)構(gòu)體型較為復(fù)雜,存在轉(zhuǎn)換柱、斜柱、樓板大開洞、大跨度、大懸挑、跨地鐵連廊、結(jié)構(gòu)超長、多梁交匯等設(shè)計(jì)難點(diǎn)。轉(zhuǎn)換柱根據(jù)結(jié)構(gòu)的跨度及荷載需求采用型鋼梁和混凝土支撐兩種方式,傾斜角15°以內(nèi)的斜柱采用普通鋼筋混凝土柱,15°~30°的斜柱采用型鋼混凝土柱;大跨度及大懸挑結(jié)構(gòu)采用型鋼梁及預(yù)應(yīng)力梁,東西商跨地鐵連廊、過街連廊、采光頂分別采用鋼桁架、大跨鋼梁、單層網(wǎng)殼處理。在部分樓梯間位置增設(shè)了混凝土斜撐,控制結(jié)構(gòu)的周期比不大于0.9。采用YJK軟件分析了樓板舒適度及溫度應(yīng)力,對(duì)多梁交匯節(jié)點(diǎn)增設(shè)環(huán)梁或改用鋼管混凝土柱與短鋼梁連接確保復(fù)雜節(jié)點(diǎn)混凝土澆筑質(zhì)量;對(duì)結(jié)構(gòu)進(jìn)行了大震彈塑性時(shí)程分析,結(jié)果表明大震作用下結(jié)構(gòu)處于基本完好的狀態(tài)。

Structural design of a commercial complex in Changsha

Abstract: A commercial complex structure is complicated in Changsha, and there are design difficulties such as transfer column, inclined column, floor slab with large opening, large span, large cantilevered, corridor across the subway, super long structure, and multi-beam intersection. The transfer column can choose steel beams and concrete support structures according to the span and load conditions of the structure. When the angle is within 15°, the inclined column adopts an ordinary reinforced concrete column. When the angle is in the range of 15°~30°, the inclined column adopts steel reinforced concrete column. In this project, steel beams and prestressed beams were used to solve large span and large cantilever structures. The east-west commercial corridor across the subway, the street crossing corridors and the daylighting roof were treated with steel trusses, large-span steel beams, and single-layer latticed shells, respectively. Concrete diagonal bracing were added in some stairwells, which controlled the period ratio of the structure to not greater than 0.9. The comfort and temperature stress of the floor slab by YJK software were analyzed. For multi-beam junctions, the project added ring beams or used concrete filled steel tubular column to connect with short steel beams to ensure the concrete pouring quality of complex joints. The elastic-plastic time history analysis of structures under large earthquake was carried out, and the results show that the structure is basically in good condition under the large earthquake.
