[摘要]長沙市某商業(yè)辦公建筑為框架-剪力墻結構體系,平面形狀呈菱形,中間部分天井開洞比例達到40%。南北兩側多數(shù)樓層缺少樓板,形成典型細腰結構,僅在局部樓層設置空中花園層板連接東西側結構,為典型的平面不規(guī)則結構。結合建筑使用功能、外觀要求等對結構體系進行介紹,并針對其中的關鍵分析要點,如樓板溫度應力分析,躍層柱屈曲分析,梁柱偏心節(jié)點分析等進行重點介紹。對結構進行抗震性能化設計,結果表明,各項指標均良好,滿足抗震設計要求,在考慮經(jīng)濟性的同時保證了結構的安全可靠。

Structural design of a rhombic high-rise building with central patio

Abstract: A commercial office building in Changsha is a frame-shear wall structural system with a rhombic plan, and the area of the central patio is about 40% of the total floor area.The south and north sides of most stories are lack of slabs,which forms a typical slender waist structure.And the slabs of the hanging garden are only set up at specific stories to connect the east and west sides of the structure, therefore the buliding is a typical irregular plan structure. The structural system was introduced combined with the building function, appearance requirements etc.The key analysis points were focus on the temperature stress analysis of the slab, column buckling analysis, and beam-column eccentric joint analysis etc. The performance-based seismic design of the structure was introduced. The result shows that all the indicators are fine and the requirements of seismic design are satisfied, which ensures the safety and reliability of the structure while considering the economy.
