扁長平面超限高層框筒結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)

摘 要

[摘要]對某個(gè)有扁長平面、超大核心筒高寬比的超限高層框筒結(jié)構(gòu)的整體穩(wěn)定性進(jìn)行分析研究,建筑高度為187.10m,核心筒X向與Y向平面尺寸比為1∶4.2,核心筒高寬比為21.5,分析了核心筒與外框柱之間鋼斜撐和剪力墻的分布,以及其他各種因素差異對結(jié)構(gòu)整體穩(wěn)定性的影響,總結(jié)了這些因素的影響規(guī)律。除此之外,對項(xiàng)目結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)采用的擴(kuò)孔自鎖錨桿、躍層柱及型鋼混凝土轉(zhuǎn)換構(gòu)件等關(guān)鍵技術(shù)進(jìn)行介紹。結(jié)果表明,在核心筒外X向設(shè)置少量剪力墻和加大周邊框架梁的剛度,能有效提高結(jié)構(gòu)的抗側(cè)剛度,且施工方便、不影響建筑功能。擴(kuò)孔自鎖錨桿具有單根錨桿抗拔力大,經(jīng)濟(jì)效益良好的特點(diǎn)。項(xiàng)目中的躍層柱能滿足大震穩(wěn)定性要求。項(xiàng)目中針對于型鋼轉(zhuǎn)換構(gòu)件采取的措施,保證了結(jié)構(gòu)的安全性,方便了現(xiàn)場的施工。

 Design of out-of-code high-rise frame-corewall structure with flat and long plane

Abstract: The overall stability of an out-of-code high-rise frame-corewall structure with flat-long plane and super-large corewall height-to-width ratio was analyzed. The building height is 187.10m, the X-Y plane dimension ratio of the corewall is 1∶4.2, and the height-to-width ratio of the corewall is 21.5. The distribution difference of steel diagonal brace and shear wall between core tube and outer frame column, and the influence of other factors on the overall stability of the structure were analyzed. In addition, the key technologies such as reaming self-locking bolt, thermocline column and steel reinforced concrete transfer member used in the project structure design were introduced. The results show that the lateral stiffness of the structure can be effectively increased by setting a small amount of shear wall outside the core tube in X direction and increasing the stiffness of the peripheral frame beam. And the construction is convenient, does not affect the building function. Reaming self-locking bolt has the characteristics of large pulling force and good economic benefit. The cross-layer columns in the project can meet the stability requirements under rare earthquake. The measures taken for the steel reinforced concrete transfer members in the project ensure the safety of the structure and facilitate the construction on site.
