[摘要]長沙金茂梅溪大廈地上62層,地下4層,建筑高度為318m。長沙金茂梅溪大廈采用型鋼混凝土柱+鋼梁+鋼筋混凝土核心筒+環(huán)帶桁架混合結構體系。系統(tǒng)地介紹了該工程的結構體系特點、結構超限分析與對策、整體計算分析、施工模擬分析、罕遇地震作用下的彈塑性時程分析等內容。分析結果表明該結構具有較好的抗震性能,滿足既定的抗震性能目標。

Structural analysis and design of Changsha Jinmao Meixi building

Abstract: Changsha Jinmao Meixi Building has 62 floors above ground and 4 floors underground, with a building height of 318m. Changsha Jinmao Meixi Building adopts hybrid strcuture system with steel reinforced concrete column+steel beam+reinforcement concrete core tube+belt truss. The structural system characteristics of the project, the analysis and strategy for out-of-code structure, overall calculation analysis, construction simulation analysis, and elastic-plastic time-history analysis under rare earthquakes were systematically introduced. The analysis results show that the structure has excellent seismic performance to achieve the desired performance goals.
